Friendly staff. Great Location . Nice clean rooms. Pet friendly

Shower heads are way to high. We all got so much water in our ears that I had to buy "swimmer's ear" to treat all of our ears. Shower head was shooting water in all directions after trying serval settings. Only found one setting that kinda worked. Not enough places to hang or put items in Shower. Not enough places to hang guest towels to dry after Shower. Water had a "soapy or filmy" feel to it. Better exhaust fan in bathroom would be great. Why don't the clocks in the rooms work properly?

I loved so many things about this hotel. For starters the room was amazing. The one I had was 2 beds and a sofa bed so all my family fit perfect. The rooms were so clean and they even had body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is awesome. The pool was awesome and I'm happy they also had breakfast very convenient.

The location was a little boring but I'm happy it was peaceful.

Everything was clean. I enjoyed the gym and the equipment provided. We loved walking around outside. The room was very comfortable.

I prefer cooked eggs for breakfast and plain toast. The quiches were delicious but I can’t tolerate cheeses. Many options but mostly with sugar. The paper towels in the bathroom by the gym were empty 2?days on a row and the garbage on the outside patio by the gym needed to be emptied.

The property was very nice, new, clean, and nice decor.

I thought for the money, the breakfast buffet was very limited. I also thought that the prices should not have increased so much for a weekend night. That was not clear when I booked my stay. We stayed 3 nights 2 weekday and 1 weekend night. The quoted rate was the weekday rate and although the confirmed total included the higher weekend rate, that wasn’t detailed on the confirmation. I would not have booked this hotel, if I had known that I was paying $239/night for a room in Center Valley, Pa with no housekeeping and a continental breakfast.

the room was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and most of the staff was so helpful, even the cleaning crew were so friendly!

well… one of the staff members at the front desk wasn’t exactly the nicest person I’ve ever encountered but the manager was so kind and helpful! he even noticed how she was treating us and stepped right in to help us out!

The breakfast was not really accessible to guests who followed covid precautions. On both days we stayed, none of the guests helping themselves to the hot breakfast buffet were wearing masks, which left us feeling reluctant to eat that food. Perhaps the hotel could put together bagged breakfasts - a yogurt, croissant, piece of fruit - to enable masked guests to have the same access to breakfast.

loved how spacious the rooms, and bathrooms were. it was also really nice having a large walk in closet. traveling with a group it provided an extra place for everyone to change in privacy. breakfast was very good

Breakfast was provided in the lobby. We stayed 2 nights and there was something different each morning. There were enough options that there was something for everyone. Food was hot and good! The staff taking care of replenishing the food was friendly.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, great breakfast.

The room was clean but housekeeping overlooked refilling bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc. but everything else was wonderful.

Effortless check in. Fast and offered early check in. Lounge in the lobby was a great feature and the outdoor firepit was an exceptional feature.

Breakfast options were good but needed to be replenished Monday morning.
