The location was near plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean in appearance. The breakfast was decent. The young man in charge of this service was attentive to his guests and the food supply.
The shower on/off knob had some major issues. It was very hard to “catch” the knob in the correct spot to get the water temp bearable. We fiddled with it for five minutes before it worked correctly. Our room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector when we arrived. We reported it and it was immediately removed.

I loved how me and my family were welcomed by the friendly staff and also the pool was great and the room was clean and the bed were super comfortable and the bathroom was also clean.
Well I thought they’d have eggs and bacon and waffles but all we found was muffins and granola bars and cereal and milk and juice and coffee but no lids for the cups and also the pool had no towels

This location has the most phenomenal staff I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make sure my stay is the best it could be. Each one of them deserves big raises because they are amazing employees and you should really make sure they know that. I know a lot of hotels that would love to snag them up.

No one told us about breakfast
Loved the room didn’t like the fact that we had to ask for clean towels other than that everything went well.I was charged twenty dollars a night extra I was supposed to get this money back into my account so far I haven’t received an email saying is back in my account
