Very convenient location with easy access to highways, commuter routes, public transportation, restaurants. Location was close to historic sites and we took a quick trip to Valley Forge National Park. Breakfast options were good, outdoor pool was still open and appeared clean and well-maintained.

When I arrived at the property I gave the front desk a different credit card to charge, however after I checked out , I found out they put the charge on the initial card. It was a debit card and thankfully, I had money in the account, but it could have caused a real problem for me.

Frazer/Great Valley is located about 45 minutes by car from Philadelphia, but there are a number of other things in the area to see and do! Proximity to parks, shopping, and dining make this an enjoyable place to stay. Maybe 15 minutes from Valley Forge National Park, the KOP mall, and more! I enjoyed the option of selecting my room through my Hilton app even though I made the reservation through Booking. Mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave made things easy to enjoy a late dinner from a local supermarket because a lot of stuff closes at 9 PM around there.

While the room is comfortable, the hinges on the cabinet are so tight that doors would slam shut while I was trying to be quiet. I'm sure neighboring rooms could hear every time I was putting clothes away or getting something from the fridge.

Booked a walk-in handicap shower due to recent surgery but the only room avail was handicap equipped but not walk in shower but the staff went above and beyond and upgraded my room to a larger one at no cost and apologized profusely and helped us move our bags which was so awesome- I wasn’t expecting anything and was just going to deal but it was just nice knowing they wanted us to have a nice stay

Lots of big parking spaces which are for free. Laundry machine available (staff at the reception even had change for me since i had only bills). Good breakfast and quiet neighborhood. Perfect WiFi coverage as well as HD TV program.

Was expecting to be a bit closer to Philadelphia, it´s a 40 minute car ride. But that´s not the hotels fault, I just didn´t pay attention to the "Philadelphia Great-VALLEY" ;-) Not much to complain about, I was very satisfied and would come back again

I booked that specific room due to the bathroom. The door and shower presentation were beautiful! We also had pets and there was plenty of room for them to walk and rest comfortably. The staff was also extra accommodating because we weren’t able to check in until the next morning due to traveling so far (700 miles) and incidents out of our control

nothing. They honestly did everything I would expect a hotel to do given our unique predicament.

Good decent breakfast but if you offered some a a dairy free alternative for milk would be nice for those with allergies. Unfortunately our family suffers from egg, nut and cow milk allergies so it would be nice to have an alternative like oat milk or soy milk for cereal on hand at least as the waffles, omelettes and muffins are all not options. Other than that everything is good :)

Tub drain plugs didn’t work/were broken. Both stays upon check in. Didn’t complain the first time just mentioned it at check out the first they may want to take a look. Stayed there a second time and broken plug. This time asked to be moved to another room. Staff offered to send up a maintenance person but would have been an inconvenience so I preferred to be moved which staff accommodated so thank you. However this room had significant black mold in the vents off the AC/fan unit. (Hadn’t checked the first one) Rather than asked to be moved again to another room I just cleaned it off myself and made due. Overall the hotel is nice but it’s a shame so many hotels have “upgraded” and painted a lot to make things better on the outside but are missing some important details….

The location was great - right off the highway. There was plenty to do around the property and it was very easy to access all the highway entry points.

There was a smell coming from the water in the bathroom sink. The tub could have used some anti-slip protection. There was no indoor pool or hot tub to use.

They went above and beyond for myself, my spouse, and our children to make our stay memorable! The breakfast each morning was delicious - our picky toddlers would eat every last bite. Could not recommend this location enough.

-Poor design of window treatment: not possible to fully open drapes and shades to let light in -The coffee in all 3 urns was the color of tea. VERY disappointing not to have a good coffee at breakfast.

The room was very clean and had more amenities than I needed. Great room! Thank you for including breakfast in the cost.

Someone in the room above kept hammering on the floor through the night. Not sure when it finally stopped. The tater tots were very stale at breakfast.
