The hotel entrance was beautiful and my daughters thought it was elegant looking. They immediately loved their room and we all enjoyed the plush queen sized beds. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub. During our stay we went outside and feel relaxed in the seating areas. Very convenient and good food choices.

While in the hot tub, we found several chips pieces that came off and we just put them on the ledge so that we wouldn't get hurt. Also there was signage or labels to state where the bathrooms were once inside the pool/hot tub area. The pool/hot tub area should be checked more often for fresh towels and used ones picked up from other people's usage.

My request for a first floor handicap accessible room was met and the room was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The outside patio restaurant was wonderful.

The handicap bathroom was easy to use, however, the walk in no ledge accessible shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even though we tried to turn the shower head in towards the shower wall.

Food was excellent, staff was excellent. Value for the amount and quality of food was good. There was enough to do just staying at resort.

Some of the interior could use some updating and reconditioning. Carpets in hallways need better upkeep. Overall cleaning of the rooms could be better.

The room was clean and and well appointed just as advertised. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant in the hotel was quite good and very reasonably priced. The indoor pool was pleasantly warm.

The only thing to note of dissatisfaction is the lighting in the pool is very dim and a little dated looking.

Staff top tier reception and rarely notice most stays so exceptional. I wish I review earlier because the gentleman who was at the desk was superb. Rooms clean but please update the scrappy old tvs. They were poorly mounted on wall and definitely 12+ years old. Breakfast ala room service was good and lightning fast. There were 2 weddings and another event happening and other services were still on point. We got the key and shot baskets at the rather awesome clay surface full basketball court next to the equally lovely Tennis courts that both looked untouched. It is in a business park area but even though chilly fall weather we walked around the well kept pathways that are perfect for walking or bikes. Plenty of takeout or Dining options nearby. Overall I would stay again in an upgraded room.

12+ year old 32" inch tv in room was disappointing compared to the other exceptional accomodations. Better arrangement of furniture so could eat for 2 when ordering room service. The room we had only had a writhing desk that was not set up or really able to be moved so that 2 could eat together. It wasn't a suite so maybe a bigger room next time.

Perfect breakfast, perfect accomodations .

The staff made a blunder which they apologized for but it upset our hosts. they didn't read the instructions for check in and asked for our credit card though our hosts had come to the hotel and arranged.

My room looked like it has possibly sat for a while without anyone staying in it. The room was not clean at all which was disturbing to me during times like these. Luckily I had Clorox wipes with me and I wiped down everything including the bathroom shower and felt better about it. You all need to ensure your rooms are clean though before guest arrive even if the room hasn’t been used for a while it should still get a through cleaning before a guest arrives. Especially if it has sat empty for more than a week.

I also was not a fan of the air conditioning system. I left to go to work and let them know my unit had froze up. It wasn’t until I returned and ran into the fantastic maintenance man that he fixed it right away. No one had even let him know about my unit. Poor communication and Management.

the hotel is in an office park, there are some restaurants and a starbucks nearby. it's about a 10-12 minute drive from king of prussia. the staff was friendly, especially the staff in the restaurants. hotel is clean and the beds are super comfortable! wifi is pretty good!

some parts of the hotel are a bit outdated, but i enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

Everything just a great place to stay . Best location. Near everything we like to do.

The pool area could be cleaner. The hot tub isn't that hot Maybe it should be cleaned at night or in the am before it opens. Stock clean towels.

Food was good, pool was great, the staff was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey
