We booked 2 rooms. My family loved the breakfast and pool. My wife used the computer to print some documents so that was a plus. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Within walking distance of a few businesses. The pool was the best part!

Refrigerator could have been colder and bigger. The water pressure and temp was never hot enough, barely warm. More outlets to charge and plug in cookware. My wife and sister inlaw were out at the pool with the kids. when they asked the lady who was filling the towels to get one of the men to help them move the umbrella. It had stormed the night before. She was rude "sure I'll get one of them or you can do it yourself" her expression said it all. what if she was unable to do it herself? Where was the hospitality?

The location was great. We arrived to our hotel late in the day after a long drive and We loved that we were able to walk and grab food. The staff was really friendly.

Our beds were not comfortable. They were sagging in the middle, I felt like I was sleeping in a v shape smashed next to my husband. When my husband was getting ready to take a shower he turned on the fan in the bathroom and something hit him in the shoulder. At first he thougt a lightbulb that had broke but then he realized what it was. It was a pipe of some sort made of glass and shattered all over the bathroom floor. I do not hold this against the hotel, who in the world would think to look in the ceiling fan in the bathroom to clean for Paraphernalia. I'm just thankful it happened to my husband and not my 13 year old daughter.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were good and I was happy to see bacon! There was plenty of hot tea or coffee. There was plenty of fresh fruit, in addition to oatmeal and pancakes (which I can't eat, but my husband enjoyed). The breakfast staff really hustled to keep fresh food out there and we appreciated that! As for our room, I really LOVED the comfy King bed. And I've never once liked hotel pillows, but these were AMAZING! I feel right to sleep. I also liked how the sheet was separate from the comforter top so you could use just the sheet if you wanted or both. I liked the nice frig and microwave in the room.

Our room did not have a hot shower which was a bummer. The water remained lukewarm/on the cold side. We told the front staff but I don't think anyone looked at it. Also only one elevator was working. This did not present a problem for us, but the carpet in there definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced!

•Dirty front entrance floor in the room like they had swept out the room but forgot to finish up •Free wi-fi but you need to keep selecting it to use it & frequently slow or no internet service at all •11am checkout time •Bathroom exhaust fan makes loud noise when first turned on •No paper & pencil in room •My electronic room key card got erased on 2 separate occasions •The 2nd. time my card got erased I found that they had me booked for only 1 night but I was staying for 5.

Breakfast was good enough. Location was perfect. Next to restaurant I was going to to watch Suoer Bowl.

Due to lights on outside of building, too much light came through the edges of the window. It obviously was an older building that had an update. Paint is now cracking. There was an ugly repair on the bathroom door. Needs a refresh.

1. Very quiet concrete building. 2. Refrigerator was great. 3. Shower & bathroom excellent. 4. Reasonable breakfast & fruit and sometimes cookies always available to guests for free. 5. Staff very nice. 6. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Highly recommended. 7. I stayed 5 days and was never bothered by anyone. 8. TV and movie channels a plus. 9. Clock radio alarm a plus. 10. Great AC/heat. 11. Lots of parking all around building, 12. Location excellent in the heart of Exton. 13. Double blinds and drapes made the room dark day & night.

1. Coffee maker with free coffee pods only worked one time. After that it didn't work at all. 2. The iron needs to be cleaned out with CLR as it leaked out water stains on my shirt. 3. The Wi-Fi was unsecured and the password they had given me was never used.

The Green Mountain coffee in each room and the dinning room. The Dove products in the bathroom. The incredibly comfortable bed. The great shower head. The delicious free breakfast.

The TV was a bit limited.

Good to stay for one night. Clean, modern, convenient (close to highway but far enough not to hear and watch it.

Disappointing breakfast. You may as well skip it.

Since Covid when you are travelling, you get a bagged breakfast. Not here, you get a hot breakfast. Very clean area and the food is good.

There was nothing I did not like

Sunlight shining through, black out option would be nice. One desk light that I couldn’t turn off was kinda annoying
