The hotel location is convenient - it was just off the highway in Gap. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was right in front of the hotel, in fact in some cases you can see your car from your room window. Restaurants and gas stations were close. As this is the country-side the restaurants in the area close very early, so plan on an early dinner! Also note that the road is one way when leaving the hotel so you can only make a right and go down a little further to turn around.

The only minor criticisms are that the window curtains in our room did not close and there was a bright light outside that kept me awake and on the day we stayed, the breakfast room was very crowded so we skipped breakfast.

Well We have had good experiences at your hotels. Traveling across the country I have noticed the increase in smokers and smoking. As a smoker I would appreciate it if you had smoking rooms. Don't be fooled by surveys on smoking. Smokers pay the same price as non-smokers and should be treated fairly. You should reserve rooms for smokers. I hate paying high prices, VAT taxes and think I deserve as well as others to be treated like a customer and be able to smoke in my room. Get some smoking rooms please.

Very clean. Super comfortable pillows. 1st floor room for easy handicap access. Modern esthetic. Enough luggage carts. Decent television channel selection. Spacious bathtub with easy to use fixtures. Friendly staff overall. Pool opened until late.

Signage indicating face mask requirement, though was not well enforced. Windows had only sheer curtains that closed completely. The solid curtains were unable to be closed. This means very little privacy on first floor rooms. We had to rig our curtains closed.

Breakfast was crowded on the Sunday morning. We didn’t feel like navigating around groups of children. The coffee was okay, but we went out for better. David was cheerful and accommodating.

The carpet between the beds had something stained and sticky. Aside from that the room was great and comfortable

Pleasant welcome when we got there. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was very good.

The room we were in was facing the main highway, so it was noisy with the traffic. Unfortunately, Not much can be done about it, but to say again, the room and facilities were very clean.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice convenance and the pool was very clean and warm.

House keeping staff didn’t come when requested but towels and other amenities were easy to access ourselves. I wish the mini fridge in room also had a freezer portion.

We were not told about room service when we checked in we did not have room service for the Three day stay breakfast was good until I came across a molded piece of bread need more of a variety odor control in room

Quite friendly and clean

Staff (David) was very friendly and courteous. Other staff members were helpful. The price was reasonable.

The breakfast was adequate, but not special. The egg omelet was my least favorite item.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Also, they serve breakfast from 6-10 not just til 9. They had coffe available all day and it was very good. Would absolutely recommend!

Could have used a little better lighting over by the closet.

Location was central to where we visited the area. The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Maybe the price was a little more but the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it.
