Great location. Good breakfast. very comfortable beds. Some of the desk staff are very friendly. Good parking and front entrance. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Nice exercise room. Very nice pool.

Bathroom is small. Bathroom fan is extremely noisy and is controlled only with bathroom light. No room service. Had to ask for additional towels at desk. Bath room door doesn't close properly and needs repair. Hair dryer only worked with one speed although it is a two speed dryer. Some of the front desk staff need training on courtesy and customer focus.

The hot breakfast and the room were very good!!!!

I didn't like the fact that when I walked out to my car after checking out, I noticed that there was a car was parked between my car and another car in the wheelchair area of the handicap parking spot I was in. I went back in the hotel to report it to the front desk clerk on duty. The lady on duty admitted that it was her car that was parked in the spot. I mentioned that it was illegal to park in this area. She said, "I guess that I did something bad." She just blew off the issue like it was no big deal and made no effort to go out and move her car so I could get into my car. I had a hard time getting into my car.

The inn is close to the quaint Amish villages and gorgeous farms. It is near other sights including the American Music Theater, railroad museums, James Buchanan home, Charles Demuth House, and more. Everything is clean and the pool is well maintained. Although this venue is a short way off a main route, it is very quiet and far enough away from the busy retail district to be peaceful and safe. I am happy I stayed here and not at the other venues that are a mile up the main road.

This hotel was very clean. Every staff person was kind and happy. They have a very nice pool and outdoor area that we enjoyed. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Wow. So comfortable. The bathroom was amazingly clean. And it was only 1 mile from Dutch wonderland, which is where we were going. Lots of food options nearby as well. I would stay here again, no doubt. Really enjoyed our trip.

We loved everything. Completely happy.

Breakfast was good. Staff was good. The rooms were as clean as could be. There is some patching on the walls and ceiling that needed fixed.

When arriving to check in to my room. It was later at night. I had to wait and hunt down a staff member. Waited for almost 10 minutes. Called front desk line on my phone and still nobody. Other then that everything else was pretty good.

We had one night out of the 3 with people yelling and laughing all night, from 1:30 am. till morning, had to call the front desk to go see if he could get them quiet Was very disappointed with that, not sure if they were inside or out side, I was very, very tired and grumpy the next day and it was our anniversary

The MOST comfortable bed & nice clean room. Sparkling clean outdoor pool area, towels, umbrella tables & loung chairs. Complimentary breakfast with wide variety of choices. Gracious friendly staff.

There was a ceramic built in soap dish close to the corner where the shower head was located that we cracked our forehead on a couple of times when bending forward

Perfect location, close to everything we needed and far enough away from highway to avoid road noise. Bed was comfy, breakfast was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

The rooms are a bit older and could use some updating. The air conditioner continuously ran and never seemed to reach set temperature to turn off. Was still comfortable though.

this is an exceptionally CLEAN hotel, and very will maintained; painted surfaces do not show nicks or scratches, wallpapers is excellent shape, floors constantly being cleaned, etc. in all common areas as well as the rooms. Nicest 2 star motor inn you'll find in Lancaster area. Repeat customers abound and staff is friendly and effective.

The breakfast location and food was good. Staff was friendly, the breakfast area clean and fully stocked.

Wish there were more breakfast food options. Need more pool lounge chairs, tables etc. several guests including myself were sitting on the ground. A bathroom at the pool area would be helpful, too far to go to lobby lavatories.
