The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The heated pool in every building was wonderful and being open until late at night was a great bonus. The premises were very clean and beautiful and the lit up fire in the evening was great to sit next to. The appartment was big (2 big bedrooms, each with its own shower/bath + toilet and washing sink outside, and the kitchen and living room were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect - with the Tanger outlet mall just at the entrance, Hershey world at a walking distance and a supermarket a short drive away, we had a wonderful time

The room was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms; my kids loved having their own beds, and my husband and I loved not having to share the bathroom with the kids. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. Even in June, it was too chilly for the outdoor pool, so the indoor option was nice. The close access to Hershey Park was excellent... very easy to get to the parking area.

The train at 11 pm, 2 am, 4 am, etc... We are light sleepers, and the train woke us up every time it passed on our first night. However, the train runs all through Hershey, so I'm not sure we could have found any resort/hotel/etc where we wouldn't have heard the train. To help the situation, the front desk provided a box fan that we ran all night for ambient noise. That was definitely appreciated. If we come again, we may bring a small ambient noise machine to drown out the train.

Heating/cooling system seemed to turn off automatically at night making the suite very warm and stuffy. We could control the temperature, but we could not figure out how to stop it from turning off. The dresser in the main bedroom was very unstable. When you opened the top drawer, the dresser tipped forward. It did have a 3-inch long chain attaching it to the wall, but it still caused everything to fall forward off the dresser.

The room was immaculate. Most comfortable mattress ever! Love having two bathrooms, central sitting area and a full kitchen. The outdoor jacuzzi and pool area really afforded us a nice evening to just kick back and relax during our stay.

Fireplace didn’t work. It must only be available to use seasonally. We had a rainy, cloudy day during our stay so the fireplace would’ve been nice touch. A ceiling fan in the bedrooms would be a nice perk, as you can only drop the thermostat down to 65 degrees.

Our suite was everything and more! The setup allowed our kids to have their own bedroom and bath while we enjoyed our master bedroom! The washer and dryer was awesome to have in our suite as well! Cabinets were fully stocked and we were able to cook dinner too! Outdoor pool was warm and hot tub allowed us to relax while the kids swam. Super conveniently located near outlets, Red Robin, Dunkin, and Starbucks. Suite was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home on your trip!

We stayed in building 3. Trains come by throughout the day and night. While we could hear it a bit at night even over our fan, it wasn't something that would deter me from staying here.

The main reason for our stay was to visit Hersheypark. We were within a few minutes with many shopping and restaurant choices near by!

We arrived at 3:15 even though check in was at 4. The front desk assured us it wouldn't be long. It was around 5:00 until we got to our room. We were very disappointed and could have done other things with the time rather than wait around for our room

We are RCI owners but never found open dates at your location to transfer to. I have checked for many years. We found the condo on Booking.com. The price for the 2-bedroom condo was the same as two hotel rooms at the other Hershey hotels. With the condo, we had a kitchen and living room also. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and everything worked out great. The location to all Hershey attractions is amazing. It is right down the road.

The Air Conditioning unit was cold, but the room seemed a little humid. When we went out in the hallway, that felt like a real air conditioner. This was our only very slight complain.

Location was a plus. Across the street from an outlet shop (the outlet is just ok) and really close to HersheyPark by car.

Took a little while to be checked in. Arrived around 2pm and they told me the room would be ready by 4pm. Ok, I went out and came back at 4pm. The person at the counter said that there were no rooms available and when I politely said "but it's 4 pm" she looked as if I was presenting some kind of extraordinary complaint. All of a sudden she gave a call and found the room.

Beautiful rooms, plenty of space! Proximity to Hershey attractions is excellent.

I only wish that the buildings were connected in some way to make it easier to move from building 3 or 1 to building 2 where the indoor pool and game room are. Really not a big deal!

Room clean, nice layout.

I gave 4 stars because the gym closes at 9pm; Ive never heard f that before and I travel regularly. In addition, checkout is at 10am- also something atypical. The cleaning person was waiting outside my door at 10am for checkout. They were clearly annoyed when I needed ten minutes longer. For this price, they should have a later checkout and be more accommodating. because of that, I will most likely not stay here again.
