The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice and my entire family got to spend some well deserved time together in there.The housekeeping staff were also very attentive and provided excellent service. Thank you to all the staff at the Hilton that made our stay wonderful.

I did not like the bathroom sink. It was an accessible bathroom and the sink was looked like a giant bowl that was placed on top of the sink counter and it was really high and it was difficult for my kids to reach. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Easy check in and check out.

The basin in the bathroom is very odd and uncomfortable to use. This was the second time staying here that we were unable to get out of the parking garage with a validated ticket. But a hotel employee quickly came to the garage and got us out.

Steakhouse in hotel is 10/10. Great location. Restaurants,bars & coffee shop in walking distance. Our room was very clean & beds are very comfortable.

The only thing we could complain about was the room service food for breakfast. We did breakfast the next day in the cafe & that was great.

My booking for this hotel said breakfast was included, but it was not included. It was $19 per person buffet. We always look for breakfast included and it's disappointing when you're traveling on a budget.

Room was really nice, fridge in the room. The location was perfect for walking to a concert at Riverfront park. I requested a birthday cake for my boyfriend and they delivered a cute litte plate of cake pcs.

The shoes I decided to wear to walk to riverfront park. Not the hotel's fault but that's my only complaint...oh I guess when they were bringing the cake, I had forgotten I asked for it on my reservation. They knocked about 3 times for "room service" and as my boyfriend and I were sharing a wildly intimate moment the door did open and we had to act 'casual'. I don't think he heard me say, no thanks we didn't order anything. :) Kinda funny tho.

Pet friendly. Nice pet area. Close to the park by the river. Room size. Business / wifi area.

Location is a little sketchy. Lots of beggars around.

Franklin is a stair. Friendliness of Staff in the room restaurant. The lobby was nice and clean and inviting

I had to call down to the front desk three times to get the toilet fixed to get more towels and to get them to clean the bathroom and they had a coffee pot coffee and things of that nature and no cup and when I went to the front desk they stated that they had a crisis with not having any disposable coffee cups and I was not even given in a regular cup thank you that is unacceptable for the price that I paid for this weekend

lobby was very clean and breakfast buffet had very good food for $20 a person

room could have been cleaner, very dusty vents and bathroom could have used a good scrub . beds were very comfortable though

Clean establishment, good local, great restaurant access with friendly staff

Happened to be a hockey tournament weekend, droves of wild children roaming the hallways and elevators. not the establishments fault but still kept us on out toes.
