it was in a good area and very clean

The hotel was in a great location. A lot of places to eat nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good value for the price.

The staff were very polite and the room was clean.

I called and asked if the location had a pool and was told it did. When I arrived I asked the individual at the front desk if they had a pool and was told they did, however it was closed because it was still under construction. They then told me it would be ready in 6-8 business days. That really doesn't benefit us, given I only rented the room for a day.

I liked that we had a exit door to go out side and we were by the pool beds were comfortable the staff was very nice it was a nice hotel even with dislikes and location was nice it was worth the money I would stay again

That breakfast wasn't included with our hotel and there was broken glass out side of our exit door 2 big stains what looked like cigarettes holes in the carpet and our room smelled like smoke, it a smoke free hotel. door shim was out of the wall, the laundry room really needs to be updated there was only one washer and dryer for that whole place

The hotel was nice. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is great as well.

Though the ac worked well, the room did seem a little damp. Not a deal breaker as everything else was great, but if I stayed again, I'd bring a small dehumidifier just to keep myself more comfortable. Might just be a me thing.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was equipped with a mini fridge/small freezer that cooled drinks fast. The outside pool was clean and a great size. Good shower pressure and water warmed up quick, with no issues running out of hot water. Plenty towels and soaps provided.

No major complaints.

We went to a concert so didnt spend much time at the facility. It was a nice place to stay. We felt safe and very comfortable. In and out the next morning.

I went to the front to drop off my key in the AM. I did have a cup of complimentary coffe. It was not very yummy. Coffe could be a little better. But this would not keep me from staying again.

The staff was very accommodating by reassigning us to a handicapped room. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Parking was available very near our room. Penn Harris was very well located for our visit. There was shopping, gas stations food almost within wallking distance.

It was very nice and clean. Very good location, right next to downtown and all the fun stuff. Good places to eat around.

I only chose this property because of the swimming pool that I was really excited to use, but when I got there, I was told it was under renovation. I wish I knew that in advance.

Everything was great. The pool was well maintained, the property was picked up as there were guests that were slobs but everything got picked up as soon as someone seen it the mess. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and clean.
