Quality Inn Riverfront Harrisburg

The woman who checked me in (and out the next morning) at the front desk was cheerful, funny and welcoming. I didn't arrive until about 10:00 p.m., and I was dog tired after a long drive through the rain, but she was quick, efficient, and she made me laugh. That's a great way to cap off a long day.

The free breakfast offerings were disappointing. Coffee, tea, cranberry juice, a basket of oranges, a couple of containers of cereal, and, presumably, waffles, although I couldn't find any waffle batter in the fridge or on the counter. Not a big deal, I probably would have skipped it anyway, but I could have been tempted by some pastries, toast, bacon or sausage. All in all, for the price, I have no real complaints.

Beautiful views, even though the room was dated, it had been meticulously cleaned from baseboards to ceiling, I have been a cleaner and can tell. I appreciate that this location doesn't replace all the furnishings but cares for what is there. It's better for the environment. Staff was great on arrival, we had already eaten when we arrived but would have loved to have tried the associated restaurant by the pool as the food smelled so good and decor was welcoming. Quiet hours were respected by guests so we rested well. Night staff was also good.

Hotel prices in general are very high right now, but this one was less expensive than others.

Comfortable, clean rooms

Seems that it’s used has a half way house people hanging around outside asking for money . They may has well not serve breakfast had there is only waffles or fruit . I asked for toast and they said don’t do it . The room was very tired in need of repair in places . The pool was also closed which they didn’t tell us about till we were there . Overpriced for what you got .

The lady that checked me in was very nice, the lady that set up breakfast was extremely helpful. Location was 8 minutes away from where I was going.

My tub was stopped up. Housekeeping came to my room before 11am asking me if I was staying or checking out. This is the first time I've ever been bothered about checking out, it was very rude and it ruined my day! The lady that checked me out wasn't very friendly.

Breakfast was a bottle of water an apple kind of biscuit and a frozen egg, burger, and cheese biscuit which was actually tasty. My room was nice I had a microwave, fridge and coffee-making facilities. The bed was good and the TV was large. Internet speed was also very good. They have an outdoor swimming pool and the hotel is situated next to the river, where you can go for a walk.

Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of amount and has to be picked up from the reception, but it was enough to start the day with the coffee from the room. For me everything else was fine and a enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The staff were great & the location was perfect at at the ramp of expressway. Got a good rate for the room on booking.com 🤑

The breakfast was very simple but okay. Room was a little musty but decent & clean.

Location, it was easy getting to and from different places. The staff was very pleasant it was nice to have breakfast but I expected more.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the free breakfast it was ok but I expected more than just waffles and cereal. They seemed to be remodeling or something. Toilet was always running. But we would stay there again.

Good bed great sleep. No one bothered us. The location is awesome if you are going to XL Live. It is in walking distance. It will cost you less than an Uber or Lyft. I really dont have any more pluses. It serves the purpose I booked it for. The price was great.

There was no way back in from any other door than the front. All of the other card readers are broken. There is a sign telling you that the authorities will be called for propping it open with a rock. This is not cool due to the fact that it was broken in 2019 when we visited and had to....prop the door open until we got back in. This is the smoking area as stated and the only door on that side for that parking lot. There was an old orange juice bottle behind the bed. Sealed up so it didnt smell. The outlet behind the tv was kind of scary. But overall even with these things I would absolutely stay there again and I usually stay at 3 star and up, usually 4.

The location is wonderful. If you're going to see a concert next door. It's just a rocks throw away. Close to the central part of town. Beautiful view of the susquehanna.

Beautiful location on riverfront. So convenient to get back straight onto I83

It is tired and a little grungy and needs much work. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean, but the room needed a good deep clean. Dusty and dirty floor in places. TV remote felt sticky and smelly. Windows were so dirty it tended to spoil the view. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall and there were no coat hangers - so no where to put clothes. Grab and go breakfast was not good. No fruit, no yoghurt. Breakfast sausage sandwich went soggy in microwave.
