Howard Johnson by Wyndham Hershey

The location of the hotel was great, very close to everything we wanted to do. Also, the pool was so clean and that was super appreciated. The food at the what if restaurant was GREAT, pricey but worth it.

They should update on the website if there will be a hold on your credit card during your stay. Also I feel like they should've been more detailed about what type of breakfast was included, had I known a little more details I could've came more prepared for my kids.

The hotel is dated but, we stay here pretty much everytime we are in Hershey. The price is good. The main reason we stay is the location. We love the bakery, brewery and breakfast all within walking distance. Plus the park is just down the road.

Only thing would be an update. Rooms are clean though and that's the main thing. Like I said we stay here everytime we are in Hershey. It all depends on your budget and what your doing in town. If you looking for a great location and reasonable price stay here.

The pool was nice, the bathroom was a decent size, the room was a decent size for 5 people.

The breakfast was awful. They didn't have my reservation for a cot when I got there. The morning staff was rude or not available. They also said they couldnt give extra towels. The toilet didn't seem to work right. The sheets were rough and there was dirt in the AC

It was very clean and extremely comfortable

The free breakfast was Frosted Flakes and a bowl of apples. I paid a little extra to stay at this specific hotel because it advertised a free breakfast and that way I wouldn’t have to spend extra money on going out for breakfast. I don’t care what anyone says, Frosted Flakes is not breakfast lol

Room was updated and fresh- Very clean. The heat was on which was so nice coming in from the cold to a warm cozy room. Bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept on. It was a very comfortable and cozy room. I would definitely come back. Location was exactly what we needed for our itinerary.

The only downside was the lack of breakfast. And when we asked why there wasn’t more the staff just shrugged and said, “covid.” I knew going there was limited breakfast - but I thought they were going to have a brown paper bag with some breakfast goodies to grab and go. No, we had to wait for more coffee, there was old fruit in the basket, and 2 choices of cereal. Not sure why cereal is allowed and bagels or pastries are not. Strange how covid picks and chooses.

We loved the close proximity to Hersheypark. There was a cute little breakfast place next door, Hershey Pantry which was amazing. Love to dine at What If.. It's really a fantastic place! We loved that this hotel is really in close proximity to virtually everything!

We were a little disappointed that the breakfast that was indicated on the website was not provided, but it did force us to look at this cute place next door! Other than that.. the hotel was everything we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay here for our trip to Hershey Park. The location was close to the park, as well as lots of dining locations. The room was clean and kept up nicely, the a/c ran cold for the very hot days and was refreshing when we returned to sleep. I liked the ease of parking near our room, which made life easier since we had young kids with us. We asked for two rooms near one another and they met our request. Overall, happy with our stay and would stay there again. Great value for the price!

The hallway a/c wasn't very strong, but this wasn't a big deal since we weren't lingering in the hallway long. Due to covid, the breakfast options were extremely limited, understandably.

The location was perfect for our visit to Hershey Park. When my sister called to ask about what time breakfast ended, she mentioned she had a baby with her, and the staff member immediately volunteered to bring by breakfast to-go baggies to the room so we didn't miss it, which was so sweet and much appreciated. We were very happy with our stay.

The soda machine wasn't fully stocked, so we had to run to a store to get some drinks after the restaurant closed.

Rooms were clean bright vibrant in color had mini fridge microwave and coffee pot and coffee in room... Decent TV... Location was within minutes from the show we attended at giantcenter .... Loved that.

No breakfast as was advertised to me in the Article... Gym closed cause of covid.... No pay per view or movie channels... Basic cable or networks not big selection most said unavailable

The staff was warm warm and welcoming. It’s a very clean hotel with an outside pool which was also very clean. It’s across the street from a wonderful bakery “Desserts” and very close to tte “Hershey Pantry” for a delicious breakfast We loved our stay.
