We've stayed at the Wyndham Days Inn Hershey many times. It is our favorite hotel in Hershey. We are always exceptionally pleased with everything EXCEPT this last visit on 12-25-23. Our only complaint -- and it's an important one to us -- is that the overhead lighting at the bathroom sink area is too dim. It is obvious that a renovation is underway but not all things new are improvements. We could barely see ourselves in the mirror or see anything we had placed on the bathroom counter. In fact, we resorted to using a hanging flashlight on the towel bar in order to see well. This is a glaring (pun intended) problem. Either increase the bulb wattage or install an additional light over the mirror or over the towel bar. Thank you!

The room and facilities were very clean and well-appointed, especially considering the price point. My family especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Chocolate Ave. The continental breakfast had a variety of choices. The staff was also friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back.

The WiFi wouldn't connect a couple of times throughout our 4-night stay, although it mainly worked fine. Just a heads up for those traveling for business that may need total connectivity. I also wish they would reinstate the shuttle to Hersheypark. Otherwise, fantastic place!

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and very nicely decorated. It was very quiet and felt like we were home. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially on arrival and during breakfast! They were very kind, extremely welcoming and very friendly! They helped us find a place to eat late on a Sunday night. They really went out of their way, but for them it seemed what they do - naturally. Great, great staff! I wish I could remember their names. The pool looked like a lot of fun and the gym was well stocked. I wish we had time to use them! Breakfast was fantastic. They offered a wide variety of good food, hot and cold. Loved the veranda seating! Everything was well stock and the area was meticulously attended to. I spilled something on my shirt and asked for a paper towel because a napkin would have left lots of paper on my black shirt. The woman did better than that. She offered me a clean wash rag run under very hot water. I took it into the bathroom and viola, my shirt was spotless again, with no paper shreds. Great idea! We would definitely return to this hotel again and recommend to others! It's all of the little things that make up a fantastic stay!

The property was in a ideal location and the staff was very welcoming! Kids loved that the pool was open a little later than most hotels and there was a mini arcade room! We loved that they welcomed our dogs, treating them like members of our family- Overall, it isn’t the flashiest hotel in the area- but it had everything we needed and more!

Only suggestion I could make would be… make sure the parking area is clean- there was lots of trash blowing around the parking lot/garage area- but it could have just been a knocked over bin or a one time type of occurrence though.

Breakfast was good. Loved the chocolate smell when we came and went. Pool was accessible. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Staff provided good directions to area events and made great suggestions about food delivery available in the area. Loved the free hot chocolate available. Will use them again if ever back in the area.

I very much enjoyed the location, walking distance to stores and places to eat, 5 min car ride to Hersheypark. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was decent, plenty to eat. Rooms had mini fridge and microwave which is a big plus. Hotel was full of happy families.

Would be nice if there was also an outdoor pool during summer, or a place to enjoy the outdoor in the evening when everything is closed to pass time.

From the moment I walked into the door to check in, the staff immediately greeted me and Welcomed me to the hotel. The lady who checked me in made me and my family feel welcomed! We stayed at this hotel as our family was in the area for a basketball tournament. The room was clean. The pool and the arcade was a hit for our boys! All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Perfect location to downtown Hershey and attractions, easy to find, covered parking available, polite staff, quaint, comfortable with old charm. Small pool, with hot tub, fitness center, laundry facility, and mini arcade. Very simplistic, clean, friendly staff, felt safe and content.

I was hoping for eggs or other hot food at breakfast, but they had waffle irons - a Central PA staple. The small bathroom lighting was poor with a loud fan and the sink was outside the bathroom (much better lighting). It was slightly disorienting finding my room number (at the end) with disordered numbers on each set of doors.

Even though the distance to the location we going to was advertised incorrectly, it still was a short distance. The staff was really nice/friendly.

Wasn’t as close to the location we were going to as advertised. said was within walking distance and it definitely wasn’t. we ordered a pizza and the delivery person came up to our room. I didn’t like that because that means anyone can have access to the hotel at any time. not safe at all

Location and breakfast

I spoke to the front ,when I checked out about the cleaning people not cleaning under the beds ,we found someone shoe sole and women hair bows under the beds ..and In the pictures the game room in the hotel looked bigger then it looks in person. And the games suck ,need better games to attract to the kids of this generation..
