Make sure that the ducks stay! It was really fun feeding them. Most hotels that I have stayed in don't have great noise buffering. Comfort Inn at the Park does not have that problem. I was not able to hear any noise from the hallway while I was in my room. The breakfast was great!

The staff could be a little more friendly and engaging with the guests. When we checked in (in the early evening), the young man that did the checking in barely said anything to us and the girl just stood there and said nothing. The girl that checked us out (morning) was a little more friendly.

The staff were very friendly and check-in was very efficient. Bedroom was very clean and had new bedding. Very comfortable mattress. Hallways were bright with new carpet, and very quiet. Ducks and geese wander the wooded property; there’s a small pond nearby. Indoor pool has a unique shape, looked well maintained.

The building is showing its age- the bathroom was bright and clean, but not new. The elevator was old and tired-looking inside. It needs to be refurbished. Sink is inside bedroom, not in bathroom.

we visited with our four children and that in itself is already a task! the staff made check in easy, everything was so clean, the bell cart made getting our bit load of stuff up to the room a breeze and the Christmas decorations were beautiful! our room was clean and the bathtub was perfect for bathtime before bed! the beds were very comfortable, the fridge in the room was perfect for our babies milk! Breakfast the next morning was honestly better than a restaurant! the staff brought over coloring ones for our older two while we fed our twins and they were so helpful with cleaning up even after the babies made quite the mess!

Breakfast is always great, staff are very nice, the location can’t be beat.

For the price, I expected more updated bathrooms. They were so old that they seemed dirty, but on closer inspection it was just scuffs and dents in the older tub lining. I didn’t like having to bathe my kids in the old tub and would have preferred a cleaner tub. The first stay we had, we had a newer tv. The second stay, in another room, the tv was older and a little bit more difficult to operate. The beds on our first stay were also quite comfortable but the beds on the second stay were definitely not nearly as comfortable. So basically, the quality of the actual rooms seems to vary and could be much better.

The beds were very comfy, with lots of pillows and plenty of bedding. The room was decent sized, and everyone fit just fine. The breakfast was pretty good, with standard fare (eggs, meat, bread, waffles, etc.). The pool was a decent size, and my daughter had fun inside. The employees we interacted with were all awesome.

The toilet ran what seemed like forever after a flush. Some of the signage at the road could have been bigger.

In a very good location to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and motel was quite.

The bathrooms could have used updating. The shower was not as nice as some other places I've stayed. I would have liked housekeeping to have come daily. We had everything we needed though. Front desk people were friendly, as were any other employees we ran across.

We loved how comfortable it was! Everyone was very nice, the pool was clean and nice, our AC in our room worked great! they were painting the building and were nice enough to ask us to move our vehicle, which we were very thankful for since it was a rental. if we return to PA, we will be staying here! it was a great place for the cost!

I did not have any complaints!

Location to everything within Hershey/Hershey Park area. Room and facilities were clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good too.

Only thing that could have been fixed is the room keys, mine kept deactivating when they were near a phone or credit card, so maybe just get better room keys so that won’t happen

Large group of teenage boys basically took over the pool with young swimmers already in the pool. They were doing cannonballs into the pool constantly. Management was notified but did nothing to stop the teens from continuing. We had to leave the pool due to the loud obnoxious teens.

quite area tucked back not on the main road, The 24 hour coffee bar was a plus, clean and well maintained and updated, staff were friendly, plenty of luggage carts for checkin/checkout

the pond was cute but made the lobby smell weird, pool was under construction and shut down so we couldn’t use it. the breakfast was good and staff keep up with the food and coffee demand refilling everything, needs more seating we had no where to sit and had to stand
