Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Location--convenient to airport and the train into center city Bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and comfortable Room was a good size for one or two people Housekeeping didn't come in until asked (per the sign in the elevator) The in house restaurant had reasonable prices for dinner options The reception desk personnel were consistently helpful

Okay this is not so much about the hotel but maybe it is-- It was very hot and humid at the time and the surfaces seemed very sticky and the rugs felt damp and sticky The door to the room would stick and be hard to open I had to change the door keys twice when they didn't work Not close to public transportation

I just stayed one night for transit. Overall the experience was good. I arrived at the hotel around 9PM, there is no dinner at that time, but the staff from the bar kindly indicated to me the Sheraton Suites which is next to the Four Points (walk in 3 minutes) provides the dinner until 11PM. I appreciate the staff of hotel indicated me this information. The shuttle is free, even I need the shuttle service at 4:10AM.

If the waiting area of free shuttle information in the airport could be indicated more clearly, it would be better. From the website of the hotel, I cannot clearly understand where I should wait or if the reservation of shuttle is necessary. Actually, just go to Zone 4 "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles", and wait for the shuttle bus is ok. I took the shuttle which stuck the paper indicating the "Four points", "ALOF" and "Sheraton Suites".

Good, economical (for an airport hotel) 4-night stay, with excellent access from and to airport every 20 mins (10-min journey). Spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Good fitness room, and I wish that I had used the outdoor swimming pool! All staff were great. 20-min walk to SEPTA regional train service into Philadelphia city centre (20 min journey, once an hour).

I wasn't really taken by the restaurant or breakfast offerings, but that was me versus American food. Nearest supermarket 20-min walk (which was fine for me).

The hotel is safe for solo travelers. Its convenient location near the airport is great. I was able to get complimentary shuttle service to & from the airport to pick up the rental car and/or catch SEPTA R1 to and from 30th St. Station. This allowed me to minimize the cost of having to rely on other ride services. I always find the staff, including the shuttle drivers, professional, friendly, and accommodating no matter how long it's been since last stay. The people are often nice. The hotel is also clean and comfortable.

I think we as humans when walking in the halls should be more considerate by not talking so loudly. You can talk but not so loud in halls. There are weary travelers who are trying to sleep day or night. It would be nice if people could talk more quietly.

Desk staff Derrick and Jasmine were helpful, friendly and courteous. Derrick helped straighten out my reservation as it was split in two for some reason.

Had difficulty with shades in our room. Reubens fixed them one time but after that, they didn't work. Had some problems scheduling housekeeping and then they didn't show up. Finally had to get my own towels and toilet paper and coffee from the front desk.

Had problem during check in,the guy in front desk said our room reservation was no longer valid because we arrived after 3:00am and I explained to him the flight was delayed arrived 12:00 am and before got hold of our baggage it was already 4:am because of problem with airlines, but before that I called already that there was problem with our baggage. No consideration , bad experience with this hotel.

Not friendly staff.

Although small, the room had everything I needed. The from desk personnel was very helpful in allowing a late check-out, being upfront about the incidental charges, and guidance on parking and Uber pick-ups.

The carpet had popcorn left over from an earlier occupant. The rooms could use a facelift. The hallway smelled like beef stew. They should look into the ventilation in common areas. The space was very tiny, which was fine for my short stay.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a complimentary bottle of water available, and the room had coffee facilities and a fridge. The wifi was easily accessible and was consistent throughout the room. The airport shuttle was convenient, as it comes approximately every 20 minutes.

You could tell that the room could do with some upgrades. There were shower head deposits on the shower head (but the water temperature and pressure was fine), and the edges of some of the tables looked like they had been damaged.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. This hotel does not have a bathtub. When I called the front desk they arranged to put me into one of the few rooms with a tub. The bar downstairs offered a modest selection but the food was good as was the service. During my stay the ice makers on each floor were not working but the staff provided ice from the desk and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. Finally, the airport shuttle was easy, came every 20 minutes, driver was great and made it simple to get to an early am flight.

No bath tub and no breakfast service.

The room had all the amenities I needed for a night stay as I was flying out the next morning. I loved how close the hotel was to the airport. I needed to take the airport shuttle at 3:30 am for the airport, and it was available on time.

The hotel bar restaurant was basic, and was what I needed, but wish I could have had a car to try another restaurant in the area.
