Clean and comfortable room; friendly staff; nice breakfast.

When we arrived after a long day of driving we were hungry and looking forward to having dinner at the hotel's restaurant. But it turned out that dinner was only available in the sports bar, which was distractingly noisy and the food choices were limited. We only had one bottle of water in our room, even though the receptionist told us there would be one bottle for each of us (two). There was only one bath towel in the room and we had to request a second. The safe was locked and it took three calls and over an hour for a technician to show up and unlock the safe.

The bed was very comfortable and the room so clean. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were so professional, kind, and helpful

The shuttle bus service was not as expected. Although I had designated an approximate time for pick up at he airport, the shuttle bus driver mowed through the pick up lane, even though we tried to flag him down. My husband ended up running behind the bus, arms waving, to get his to stop. The driver did not assist us in loading 2 golf bags, 2 large suitcases, and a carryon. Yes, he got a tip anyway, but poor service from a Doubletree expectation.

Nice room and friendly staff. It was 10 minutes from the airport. The room was clean but not pristine.

Very loud air conditioner in room 324. The sink was clogged and we needed to get engineering to unclog it. The keyless entry did not work and the parking lot gates were not working properly. There was a line of cars that couldn’t get out for about 10 minutes. I called the hotel from the parking gate and someone came out to fix it. Om glad I didn’t need to catch a flight when this happened.

I did like that there was guaranteed parking! The property was very safe!

I didn’t like that it took 45mins to check in! the staff were very helpful in the evening. The morning staff was utterly rude and seem to have a attitude! The rooms need new carpets ! There were burn stains and rusty stains ! There was also stains in the tub & on the shower walls! Toilet had cracks in the bowl! There were stains all around the box spring covers! They needed to be in the trash !

We had the comfiest bed I've ever slept on!!!! I will probably buy the feathered topper from the doubletree website. Also the cookies were delicious. it was a great treat!

The check-in process was chaotic since we were there for the Taylor Swift concert. It was not very organized and the wait was the longest wait I've ever had to wait for a hotel room. Also I was not aware we had to pay for parking so that was a charge I was not expecting

I like the space of the room and the amenities of the hotel. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion, so I did not have to bring my own-which saved space in my suitcase. The pool area had an "adult only" time--which was great. Plus the cookies were so tasty!

The pillows were mostly softer and I prefer the firmer pillows. Have more clear directions to different restaurants in the hotel.

Toilet kept running and was sopping wet, so I called the front desk and we were moved immediately. The shuttle service was nice to have available.

We were really far from the elevators, which is difficult when hauling heavy suitcases across a carpeted floor. If we'd had just carry ons, it wouldn't have been bad.

That they charged me for parking and i dont drive.got a uber ride.when checking out i explained to the woman that checked me out she said she removed it but when i received my receipt it was still on there parking and tax..so i called and explained again ,she really didnt want to hear it ..Poor receptionist skills

The property is beautiful! The staff at front desk were very informative and welcoming!

The pool was closed due to parents not watching their children. I was very upset that someone else’s lack of supervision of their own children denied me access to the only reason I stayed at your hotel to Relax and celebrate my anniversary to the fullest!

All the staff I encountered from the front desk to waitstaff to security and shuttle driver were friendly, smiling, and helpful! Having the 24 hr shuttle service is one of the best features! My last two trips involved needing to be at the airport by 3:00 AM.

I do realize keeping a restaurant functioning is difficult with uncertain supply chain, but could you add a cold sandwich to the menu?
