Location, Breakfast! Royal Store right across the street! Wendy’s, and small shopping center close by.mist of the Staff, except Randy! He made me apologize to a friend that stole my belongs, and I was put out of the Hotel with my special needs 6 year old Grandson! Police was falsely called on me for Nothing! They allowed a prostitute stay in the Room that I paid for and gave the security deposit to (250) if which I’m still waiting to acquire back! I had to put the reservation in her name because I had a horrible Fire at my residence (2) weeks prior. Also staff Dakota, had sexual relations with this girl name Brie.

The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!

The carpet in the room has seen better days, it was as clean as they could get it I'm sure. But it does look worn.

The location was perfect. The staff is AMAZING, professional and courteous. I like the room size and beds were the most comfortable after traveling for hours. They had free coffee,juice ,breakfast, and vending machines. To top it off they also had menus from nearby restraints with the option of delivery.

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a pool to swim in.

Nice big clean room. Very comfortable beds. No smell. Sufficient number of towels. Had a microwave. Nice shuttle from the airport.

Would have liked to have a refrigerator. Ice machine on another floor. Toilet stopped up just before we left. Kitchen was closed due to negotiation of new license so no breakfast available.

The reason I booked there was because I thought parking was included and it was close to the airport. I ended up paying $80 extra that I had not expected so I was not happy about that. Also we needed to leave at 6am and there was no hot food ready to eat. The person that checked us in was irritated because we had difficulty understanding him. The older man behind the desk in the morning was very nice and so was the shuttle driver. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The distance to the airport was great! There was no refrigerator or microwave to make a snack.

I love it was a very nice building on the outside, Nice inside hallways. Very safe place to stay

No pool, other than that it was good it wasn’t the nicest room but I just wanted a safe place to stay and it exceeded that.

The room set up was nice. I liked the sitting area by the window. The location was nice. Walking distance to a wawa and ruby Tuesday. Staff was nice. My keycard didn't work the next day went to desk. They fixed it right away.

The door was missing a bracket to cover lock. The bathroom door had a hole/dent in it. The carpet in the hallway of the hotel needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The couch in the room could have been deep cleaned too.

My last night close to checkout the staff was very impolite.came from out before getting to my room I asked to use the lobby toilet but he refused telling there wasn't any bathroom in the lobby I had to practically run to my room to keep from embarrassment..

Location convenient for hockey game

No coffee maker or refrigerator in room. No breakfast. ( covid)

They had rooms available at short notice.

The shuttle times are terrible after hours. If they aren't being used then they should be available when needed and not on 30 minute intervals even if they're just sitting there smoking a cigarette until 0400 when guests are there at 0345.
