Great place to stay in Philadelphia. Very nice interiors with lots of space. The 2 bathrooms and the washing machine help if you’re travelling with friends and for many days. The living room is great to relax if you don’t want to go out. Pleasantly surprised by the coffee offering that was a very good quality one. Location wise, it was very noisy, but relatively close to the centre, only a short walk away. Thankfully that didn’t disturb our sleep, as they had provided us with sleep masks and ear plugs.

Only the fact that it was quite noisy area and didn’t feel very safe at night either.

The floor plan of my until #202 was comfortable & cozy. Wonderful stay. Front desk clerks was amazingly kind & friendly.

The property was beautiful, clean and historic.

It started with warm and professional concierge and then up to the well appointed spacious one bedroom apt. with a view. So much nicer than hotels I stayed in the past. Love the quiet minimalist bedroom with large desk. Also washer and dryer if you need one. If I needed an extended stay for this work, It would definitely be my pick.

Only downside was the small loveseat couch, although the apatment was a huge space, it is only good for a single or couple. I was visiting my kid in collage and would have love for them to stay for late night hang and early morning coffee,but had to drive them back to the dorm as there was no where for them to crash.

Location was amazing and the renovation of the room exceeded expectations. The walk in closet was mind-blowing, I adored it. Over all, the stay was a dream and we had no problems. I never wanted to leave!

The only thing was that the hallways were a little creepy and there were no room numbers assigned to doors so it was a gamble which room was ours. I’m sure they’re working on that though because they’re still in the renovation process! Also a fan or tv in the bedroom would be the only improvement I can think of, only because it’s just so eerily quiet in the bedroom.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We stayed there two times, so had a chance to be in two different apartments. Both of them were super clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the bathroom had all necessary toiletries. I loved the design of the apartments. You have everything you need during your stay, i.e. dishwasher, washing machine with capsules provided, huge TV with Netflix, Disney+ etc. The location is perfect, you can reach city centre in walking distance (around 20 minutes), we didn’t even use public transportation to explore the city. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with the problem we had with Booking and they kindly stored our baggage for 10 days.

They were super responsive and even dug out a forgotten baby rattle and shipped it to us.

Mint House is kind in a dead zone north of city hall that serves as an all-night drag strip for ATVs and dirt bikes. Hardly their fault, but with a baby being on a second floor apartment overlooking that meant constantly waking up.

The space is cozy , the decor it’s pretty modern style, the luxurious apartment has everything you’ll expect in one making your stay as warm as your home. Interesting history behind Divine Lorraine Hotel since it’s existence in 1894 for any one fascinated in history . Staff are friendly and helpful at all times very secured property . Finally the view from this lovely space to the beautiful city lights at night are astonishing enough for you to come back .

No parking from this facility I believe but if you’re lucky enough you get to park near by .

The staff, the location everything was perfect! Tatiyana, Kevin and the others were so genuinely attentive and receptive to our needs and requests. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable and the coffee shop on the main level was on point.

No TVs in the bedroom :(

Loved the “homey” feel of the hotel.

There were certain areas that were not thoroughly cleaned after whomever stayed previously. Also, not a big deal, but it would be nice if there was a tv in the bedroom and dimmer lighting options.
