Location was excellent. Walking distance to the metro station. There were places to eat and a small supermarket nearby

When we were leaving we asked the desk to call us a cab, which she did happily. But she called a limousine service and we didn't realise until the trip to the station cost us $25, when it had only cost us $10 to go the other way. Watch out for this!

our flight was cancelled and then the next day when we actually did arrive it was very delayed. We actually missed a day of our stay and called and were given a refund for the missed day (thank you). Additionally, because we arrived so late, we were able to get a late check out that met our needs. The overnight front desk worker was extremely conscientious and helpful after what was a very arduous travel day for us.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to let our car sit, and walk to all attractions. The staff was personable and responded to our requests quickly. I loved the fact that the building was an old YMCA!

The view from our room was mostly a brick wall. That was disappointing! My husband and I did not pay attention to the amenities in our room. We were very disappointed to not have a small refrigerator.

The staff was pleasant, food was great, valet was nice as well. My room view was the hotel atrium, which was a little different. It didn't provide as much sunlight as I'd prefer; however, it was a one night stay, so all was well.

The check-in was a breeze the front desk staff could not be any nicer. The place was perfectly centered around everything we were trying to do. The courtyard was beautiful. Just a really cool old building with a lot of modern touches.

There really wasn't a downside that I saw.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were well appointed.

The only thing that I didn’t love was that the shower floor looked a bit grimy, but I know the kind of wear that was on them comes from repeated use of certain cleaning chemicals (usually bleach) that wears the material down over time. So they weren’t actually dirty, just appeared that way.

Front staff must cooperate with Housekeeping. Housekeeping must be updated for guests checked out time , instead of coming knocking to the door when patrons are sleeping or resting. Also maintenance grew must go around rooms make sure that rooms are in a good condition before any checks in . It’s very important!!!! Otherwise, STUFF were stunning!

I really liked how the structure of the building is designed. The bed was comfortable.

They could have a little breakfast available and the parking fee was excessive, $60/night. Luckily, I asked before I went and they included it in my rate.

Location was very good, room was comfortable and everyone at the front desk were very friendly.

Excellent staff! Only complaint is no coffee machine on the room.

You have to pay for coffee in the morning, and parking on site is $60. Also the staff weren't very friendly.
