It was beautiful and the staff were always pleasant and welcoming

The bedspread had some stains on it and it got so hot in the room during the night. The day time was fine but at night it seemed like the AC had trouble keeping the room cool

The view from the our room was great, we could see all the historic architecture and enjoy the sunset from our window. The bed and shower was nice but the room itself wasn't the most spacious - ideal for if you are staying alone but still comfortable for you and your partner. The lobby was very enjoyable, with a nice indoor/outdoor sitting area and bar, 24/7 "market" with a good selection of microwave meals and snacks, and a pool table.

The room service could have been better. My socks picked up so many hairs in the first few minutes, it left the impression that the floors weren't vacuumed well. They also ran out of clean towels on our second night.

I was surprised it was a Marriott hotel. The decor and room were wonderful. The lobby area has a fresh feel. On my first night my tv wasnt working. The maintenance man was leaving but he came up and fixed the issue. The shampoo, conditioner are of high quality.

A little dust on certain not so obvious surfaces. That's all. The front desk was receptive when I told her. When I arrived, the system didn't have me as having selected a King, corner. The bed also didn't feel quite like a king in length as it did in width. It was very comfortable though. Adding a sparkling water or something in the fridge other than water or or something might be a nice touch.

Fantastic location. Very walkable, close to the market for great food options, wonderful view of city hall from the window. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.

The air con was very loud and not that effective. The mattress was too soft for our preference but that is everyone’s personal opinion.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and caring about my stay. They were knowledgeable and helpful for the surrounding area. The room was very clean, and safe.

When I called to confirm the reservation , they front desk agent indicated that you DID NOT need a room key to access the guest floor, but when I arrived you did. This was very frustrating, as I had many friends coming at different times and having to come down to get them each time was annoying.

The hotel was perfect location for our needs. Loved being located next to Trader Joe’s, the park, and children hospital where we were visiting with our son. Valet was amazing! Zeke made so many wonderful recommendations, to great food, places to go with our son. He was also very accommodating when we asked to schedule pick ups. Upon checking out, our tire was low on air and zeke even helped us with that!!! Just amazing to have someone that is personable and goes above and beyond. My husband and I were so thankful, espy given the circumstances of our visit solely bc of our sons complex medical conditions.

Great location right across city Hall and close-by public transportation. Overall quiet room and good views of the city. Lobby is very stylish with a pool table available for free

The aircon/ventilation in the room was very noisy.

The location is perfect for exploring the city by foot, the vibe was fun, and room was very comfortable.

The sliding door for the bathroom doesn’t actually seal and there’s no fan so you can see/hear what the other person is doing. It’s also right next to the bed… All I’m saying is you might need to turn on the tv or some music 😖

I like the cleanliness of the bathroom. Especially the shower. It did not have any construction flaws like I've seen in other popular hotels.

I find that the lighting in the room is way too dim. especially the bath.

+ modern + very clean + very friendly/helpful staff + location + impressive lobby/bar area + pets allowed (in some rooms at least) + mini fridge + air con + safe in room This hotel is fantastic! It’s very modern including high quality fixtures. The room was very clean and well presented. The staff were friendly, joyful and helpful. This hotel has a really nice feeling about it 🙂
