The breakfast was great, I like that there was some variety day to day. The front desk staff was so kind and incredibly responsive. We had asked for a cot that wasn't in the room when we checked in, they got one sent up with extra bedding and towels right away. Our hair dryer bag was also empty and they brought another of those up right away too. Very happy with this stay - great location, the car valet service is top notch!

I wish the bathroom had a fan because the room got SO steamy. The large shower looks neat, but the floor got so wet! We had to use extra towels just to stand on and wipe our feet because so much of the floor got and stayed wet.

Hampton Inn is always a nice clean place to stay.

The parking...Apparently, they can not accommodate any vehicles larger than a small mini van or small suv. That's fine, but they give you absolutely no warning to this inconvenience. We had to park almost a block away from the hotel in an unsecured parking lot. It was extremely inconvenient and created some fear for the safety of our vehicle. Needless to say, if we had been made aware of the situation, we would have made other accommodates. A simple note under parking would be sufficient. Suggestions... When you see you have three guests checking in, then provide three complimentary bottles of water, not two. Don't act like you're being asked for the code to Fort Knox when a guest asks for one additional bottle of water.

We stayed here during a youth sporting event at the convention center. The location is very convenient - quick walk to the convention center as well as an easy walk to Reading Terminal Market which we love to visit for all sorts of food & shops. Various parking lots on the same block. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was awesome with many more options than expected. We stayed 2 nights and the options were rotated so you could enjoy a different hot breakfast the next day if you chose.

I do wish there was a designated self parking lot for the hotel or at least a specific lot recommended by the hotel- they do largely push you into using their Valet option which is quite a bit more expensive than other lots surrounding the hotel. There are many lots close by but they can be full, tricky to determine which lot is which when you book ahead; we had trouble finding the one we booked online, someone was in our spot upon arrival and while this wasn't the hotel's fault, it was a hassle during our stay. We expect to pay for parking particularly in Philly but wish the hotel gave a little more direction.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and spacious. We liked the location as it was about a half hour walk to the train station and to the rocky stairs. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially the lady checking us in. The breakfast was great too.

We had to evacuate in the middle of the night for a fire alarm. It wasn’t the properties fault and it was all done very safely and efficiently but there was absolutely no communication from the hotel staff about what was going on or when we could go back to our rooms.

Consistent with other Hamptons breakfast was great, room was clean, and location is very nice. My wife and I have no desire for city life but the stay helped make our Philly stay reasonable and safe

Booking.com and Hampton Inn systems don't work which means someone from Hampton has to manually connect the information from Booking.com with Hampton and provide Hampton's confirmation number. I'm very very thankful for the woman over the phone from Hampton was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes.

The property is very conveniently located next to the convention center. parking is a hassle in that area but the valet parking is the easiest option. breakfast was great and there are a ton of options. The room was clean and our stay was very pleasant.

loading and unloading is a bit dangerous at that curb in the corner, which is really the only place to pull up. Clearly that had little influence on our overall stay, but just something noteworthy maybe for anyone with a physical disability or small kids.

breakfast was redundant but relatively tasty. close to convention center, but it would have been nice to know that we had to walk to the front of building to enter. Hence the statement that the convention center is 'across the street' is very misleading.

Would have been nice if gloves had been provided for the buffet. We are in a pandemic. Someone from my group caught COVID while we were in Philadelphia. There were coffee grounds in the coffee 3 days in a row (a LOT of grounds). I stopped drinking coffee for the week. I didn't like that house keeping entered our room while we were out (do not disturb sign on door). If they wanted to clean the room, they probably should have done it BEFORE we checked in. It was obvious that the floor hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile.

Staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodated all our requests kindly. Unfortunately, when we booked the hotel we booked accommodations for 3 adults but were given a room for only 2 adults. I believe this may have been a third party issue, perhaps on my part, but the staff rectified the issue and resolved it in the best way they knew how and we appreciate it very much.

The ice machine wasn't working on our floor, also the pipes made a VERY loud noise whenever flushing the toilet. We also wished there was a pool and jacuzzi available but were surprised to find lots of hotels in the area also do not offer this.

The room was fine. The staff was helpful. My husband became ill during our stay, and they allowed us to stay in the same room for an extra night.

We paid for a premium King room, and ended up with a standard King room. No refund was offered for the difference. Also, we were charged for staying late on the first night, and was then charged the full price for the second night. I think the late fee should have been refunded since we paid the full price for an extra day.

I want to thank the entire breakfast staff for their outstanding work. The food was always hot and the staff was amazing!!!!! I personally want to thank the kitchen manager, the valet attendant Rashon, and most importantly your two outstanding gems at the front desk who went above and beyond their job descriptions; Evelyn Posey and Marquisha Saneyan. Let’s also give a shout out to the Olivia Green, the general manager for a job well done

Everything was exceptional
