I like the way the management staff rushed and fixed the problem; when the first attendant gave me a room on mother's day with a roof view (horrible) after telling me all other rooms were unavailable. I really appreciate the swift fix

The first attendant's horrible attitude and lack of knowledge of hotel layout.

Location was great. Staff was spectacular, friendly, knowledgable and helpful! Reffered to us by name and seemed genuine. Front desk offered ideas and suggestions about local attractions/food.

While our room was genearlly satisfactory - the bathroom was not cleaned - there was debris on the toilet, behind the sink and brown marks on the wall in the shower (not stains - some type of debris). The room has a slightly humid feel and smelled like cleaning supplies (of course, that is a good thing, but it was pretty intense considerin the fact that the bathroom wasn't very clean). The carpet did have some stains on it - but nothing horrible. The pool was nice - but there were not any towels and while the attendant at the desk said she would call housekeeping for some, an hour passed and there were still not any towels. Had to run up to the room to use a shower towel.

The location of the hotel. We were going to an event at The Franklin Institute, it was basically two blocks away. The room was spacious for the three of us , a Kin Deluxe. Everything we asked for was tended too quickly. The restaurant located in the hotel, Urban Farmer, spectacular.

One or two vending machines in and around the ice machines located on every floor would have been nice. I understand this was a higher end hotel but after everything closes it would have been nice. The room was cold even after turning up the heat to over 70. Pretty noisy neighbors, we went on a weekend and people were out and about till 1am and you could hear everyone returning.

My room was not ready for check in for over an hour after a long day travelling from the U.K. A member of staff called Sierra (ciara?) was absolutely wonderful, and offered me a voucher for drinks so I could sit in the bar area. It was lovely to have my favourite cocktail here again and always a pleasure to see Henry and Dunbar. Service is always stellar and one of the main reasons I come back and stay

I really liked the location and the attractiveness of the hotel lobby areas and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I’m sadly amazed that the bathroom did not have any AC outlet to plug in a hair dryer and the room did not have a hairdryer in the closet with iron. I had to use my own hot air hair styling tool in the bedroom where there was no mirror to see myself as I dried my hair. This is really NOT GOOD. An AC power outlet with MIRROR needs to be created in bedroom if there can’t be an AC outlet in bathroom.

The entire experience was a win for me! Great front desk staff! The rooftop staff made me feel seen and celebrated! The bartender was outstanding and the food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were spacious and posh! The warm salt water pool was soooo good!

The cost for valet per night was 65 however you had in/out access and so it's a minor thing. I wish there was a hot tub or sauna.

I loved the bed and the view from my room. I also enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room. I loved everything included in the bathroom. I enjoyed room service hours and the bar in the lobby. The cleaning staff was really nice too. I like the green option for cleaning too.

I didn’t like that the bed sheets and pillows smelled like another person. I didn’t like that while I showered water would accrue in the tub. I didn’t like how difficult it was to open and use the lotions and soaps in the bathroom. And that the tissue box was empty.

Big room (we had a Suite), more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids Indoor pool was a lot of fun and a great way to end the day The location is near a lot of attractions (Franklin Institute and Drexler Museum is literally outside the door) The hotel restaurant was nice, the breakfast was great and at a fair price

The sofa bed in our room was nothing short of unusable. No one should be made to sleep on this and i think the hotel should update those beds.

the property was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. the valet parking was very nice to have as well. since it was a 1 night stay i didn’t get to fully explore the property but there were a lot of guest staying and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. they bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was very luxurious feeling. i would honestly stay here again without any hesitations.

the one thing i would say is housekeeping never pickup out trash that was sitting in the hallway. when we first checked in the trash was sitting by the elevators and when we checked out it was still sitting there.

Comfortable and spacious room. Within a short walking distance to the Franklin Institute. Inviting pool and spa area. Friendly staff and valet service.

First night an alarm went off in the room around 5am which we did not set. Day of departure check out was at noon. We had the do not disturb sign on the door as we wanted to sleep in for the long drive home. Housekeeping came knocking and then calling regardless around 9am and then again at 10am.
