The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the view and the room was spacious with loads of cupboard space, I mean loads and I walked with my clothes on hangers so the limited amount of hangers were not a problem! (we were there for 6 nights) The kitchenette was perfect. The room was very clean. Loved the location; an easy walk to shops but we used Uber (this was very efficient) for our transport as my husband is only able to walk very short distances. On our return from a short walk, one of the guys on the floor noticed how exhausted my husband was and quickly arrived with a bottle of water for him - I wish I got his name but I was so distracted.

One day on my return to the room, I could see that someone started to clean but did not complete it - they left the garbage that they retrieved from the bins on the floor in the kitchen with one of the bags busted. I cleaned it up and left it outside my door for collection and was told that they will be there soon to collect; it stayed there for 2 days. I never made the time to report this to the front desk (too lazy). One morning around 1:00 a.m. I could hear the loud, happy talking in the room next door but mainly from in the bathroom. I was able to go back to sleep very easily. I wished that they had a better choice of restaurant for breakfast - we tend to be fussy though

Very friendly staff. Loved the Irish Bar connected to the hotel.

Parking costs. I get how parking works in the big cities and all that. Just wish it didn't cost so much. Prevents us from staying in the nicer hotels because you're already paying a premium for the room.

Location, check-in, the room, and the staff. We checked in a little on the late side of the evening. Ben, at the front desk, was so helpful and super friendly—award winning smile! Made us feel at home right away. Niesha, at the front desk was also EXTREMELY helpful and friendly about it. I lost my valet ticket coming and going from the hotel. It was stressing me out! But no worries, she helped me navigate the situation and I received my car without any problems! Thank you!!!

The bathroom floor seemed cracked? Because of the tile—with three girls showering—the steam made it damp and it felt like it was going to pop up. Kind of the same with the rest of the flooring. I don’t like carpet but every time anyone walked, it sounded like the glue was pulling up between the floor and flooring. I would say though focus on the bathroom if I had to fix one thing. Too small, shower curtains wouldn’t stay put because the round rod kept causing them to sink down. Nowhere for all that steam to go. I worry there will be leaks on the floor below.

Loved having a room on the top floor (Skyline Club): very classy, quiet, and comfortable with nice touches like robes and a pull-out reading light. And a great view! We also liked the lounge with free food and the rooftop pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with holding.our luggage for us while we were out and about the next day. They also offered umbrellas to borrow near the front door. A lot of thoughtful extra touches, and a fantastic stay overall! Would definitely recommend it, at least the Skyline Club level rooms (which were not much more on Booking.com). The location was also very central. We could walk to Reading Terminal Market and Independence Hall.

I was traveling to Philadelphia for the week of Christmas with my husband and toddler son. We upgraded to a full apartment (one bedroom) and it worked out wonderfully. The apartment gave our family a great meet-up point to grab a drink before walking to a restaurant for dinner. We could see City Hall from our room and balcony since we were only about a block and a half away. This worked out perfectly in terms of location for visiting the Christmas market, seeing the Macy's light show/Dickens Village, etc. There was also tons of storage with several large walk-in closets (my in-laws and I all thought that we should just use one of them with the crib in it as the baby's room for the week, but my husband vetoed that)

The kitchen appliances do seem to be on their last leg and could use replacing. The microwave in particular gave us some problems (sometimes it would start working, other times, it was just the timer going). This was definitely not a huge deal for us though and the most important appliance (the fridge) worked fine.

Location was great. Con Murphy’s is a great restaurant that’s attached. Walkable to everything desirable in the city. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Room is roomy, with lots of closets!! 4 of us in the room with 3 walk in closets! Balcony was a fun aspect.

Asked for a shower chair for days for son (17yo) who broke his leg 10 days before our vacation. They promised to deliver every time I asked and we never got one. Also the maid knocked one evening to come in to service, I asked her to come back the following day, and she didn’t. I asked at front desk for maid service 2 days later and they couldn’t accommodate. We stayed 7 days. Luckily our room was close to the maintenance area and were able to get clean towels when asked there.

Great customer service from all employees! Upon checking in I forget the name of the gentleman but he assisted me with carrying my bags all the way into my room from the lobby. Everyone was so nice giving me detailed information about what to do at this property & surrounding restaurants. The room was amazing! Sooo spacious, full kitchen, separate bedroom, living area & balcony! When I think of a hotel stay this hotel gave me everything I was looking for, so relaxing & family friendly.

The appliances in my room were outdated, wasn’t as expected from pictures but that’s ok as long as everything worked. There was a fire alarm going off on my floor & it was really smoky & burnt smelling coming from another room but the front desk assured me there was no major emergency. My sink was leaking after running water & a section of lights randomly went out in my room due to a shortage in the electricity but the engineer came right away to take care of my problems & assured me he would be there the whole weekend if needed again. Also $250 Deposit wasn’t expected, that’s a bit much for a hold on your card.

The entire facility was beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities & layout, the room was gorgeous. I will return to stay longer. a weekend wasnt enough 😊

The free breakfast was non existant. I got there @ 9:30 am just to get coffee and there was none.I was told upon check in that breakfast was free from 9 -11am in the lounge area There were a couple pieces o fruit, some bags o potatoe chips and thats it. I dont think they shld offer free breakfast. Which is ok. its still a great place to stay w a great location.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance from all of the attractions of Philadelphia’s city center including the main square, food market, Rittenhouse Square, bars and Washington Square/ Old Town area. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about, better than expected. Comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. On the day of our departure the ladies at the reception were helpful, professional and simply - very kind. Wish we had a bit more time to enjoy lovely Philadelphia!

On the day of our arrival we had some problems with key cards/doors. We informed the reception but the problem wasn’t handled despite we called 3 times. On the next day however very nice and professional ladies at the reception solved the situation. So all in all - we loved our stay here and we give it 10/10.

I had the king suite and I really liked how had a decent size full size kitchen. it was in perfect location, had a nice restaurant and bar inside. the staff were super nice. I’d say one of the best experiences.

although great hotel. the only thing that was frustrating is the deposit, you pay 250 deposit and if you use parking 45$ is taken off which is truly expensive for just a night. but whatever. so they told me I’d get my refund of 205 back week later no refund, called said that they’d send it super nice about it. but the only flaw of the trip. I would still stay again.
