The location was good and easy to get too. There were plenty of places to eat and activities to do around the hotel. Room was nice, flat screen tv, frig, king size bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

I wasn’t happy with the price I paid for a 2 star hotel, but I thought it was a 3 star when I booked it. They were under staffed which made it difficult for the few that were there. The top bed sheet on our king bed had 2 orangish/red stains on it. It was replaced when we told them about it, but we offered to make it ourselves.

This was a surprisingly great hotel. For the price I was expecting something maybe a little run down but this was nothing of the sort. Brand new hotel with all new furnishings and facilities. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was quite good and the bed was very comfortable. The room has some very well thought out fixtures. For example there are USB ports in every piece of furniture, and the bedside tables have pull out shelves which are very useful for someone who travels with a CPAP or similar and needs the space. I would absolutely stay here again if i was in the area.

Accommodations were great check in staff was great. I was able to return my rental the day before my flight home with free shuttle to and from airport, making it easier.

The overnight staff was supposed to give me 2 wake up calls which didn't happen, I was told by day staff since i was checking out before breakfast I'd get a to go bag but I didn't get anything, and went to shower and towels were covered in previous guests body hair. Had to ask for clean towels

The location to restaurants and shopping is wonderful. There is almost everything within a few minutes. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant. Especially the front desk clerk Mel and housekeeper Chrissy. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and nice. I especially liked the underground parking close to the elevator, having physically challenged people in my care to attend to.

Not anything worth mentioning.

Lovely hotel, the reception staff during check-in and night porter maybe were excellent. We checked in mid evening so the place was very quiet and we had to wait a little while for the desk guy to arrive but the night porter was so friendly and interesting he made our visit. As we were from the UK he was interested to visit the UK next year and was asking lots of nice questions. He deserves a shout out, we didn't get his name but he was a black member of staff and a pleasure.

Nothing to dislike but the morning staff wasn't quite so helpful. What they need to know is if your on a touring holiday as we were and this was one of 16 different hotels in Canada/US its nice to have a receipt even if its for a zero balance. I appreciate with Booking.com we had prepaid but hotels can at times end up double invoicing you and this did happen during this visit.

This is the second time I have stayed here. My daughter attends college in Pittsburgh so I travel once a month to spend time with her. It is about 25-30 minutes from the city but we’ll worth it. It has free parking and a free hot breakfast that is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a place to stay while in Pittsburgh. The staff is super friendly.

This Hampton was clean. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.

I landed at 11:00pm and called the hotel to ask where to catch the shuttle to the hotel only to be told they needed 24 hour notice if I wanted a shuttle. The amenities show that they offer complimentary airport shuttle, but do not mention that they need 24 hour notice. They do have a sign at the front desk, but you can’t see it from the airport. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it offered airport shuttle. I would like to see the disclaimer of requiring 24 hour notice added to the airport shuttle amenities. I would have asked for a shuttle when I made the room reservation had I known.

We got there a little earlier than expected ask if we can check in and was told it was ok. We got key but when we went to room wasn't working I think it was the housekeeping Manager was passing by checking rooms ask if we were having problems he said don't think that room is clean not on his list, told us to wait there went down to front desk then came back with key to another room. Room had a great view and was bigger than the 1st one. Great service will definitely stay there again. Great location, Close to highway and lots of restaurants and shopping plaza across the street.

Nothing to complain about

Great location for shopping and also access to the city from the south. Easy self parking. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice shower and bathroom with lots of hooks for towels and such. Breakfast is worth getting up for. Everything we needed for girl's concert weekend in the 'burgh.

They need to rethink the cream colored duvet covers.They look dingy. Not a fan of carpet in rooms. Otherwise, great stay!

They made check-in a breeze for us and were very accommodating for our reason of travel. We had an easy time getting there and they're close to so many amenities, that it made our trip a solid 10. If you're looking for top notch quality, cleanliness and above expectations staff, this is where you need to go.
