Location and cleanliness of the room was amazing. I loved loved loved everything about it. From the service the concierge and front desk provided to the comfiness of the bed and the size of the shower. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was eh did order room service and dined at the restaurant the morning of check out due to convenience. Not terrible, but not delicious. The seasoning was bland, food was brought out at room temperature not piping hot. Definitely ate it because I was hungry, but if you are going to charge those prices please have a vegan/non port meat option other than chicken and the food should at least be fresh not warm pancakes.

Most everything was wonderful!

All minor, but…..waitresses should always have clean aprons for serving breakfast! Music quartet playing at brunch on Sunday was fabulous, but way too loud. Could hardly hear anyone at our threesome table. Would be nice……A few more lunch type items on Saturday and Sundays brunch. Bathroom feels very cold when you get out of the hot shower, maybe a heat lamp in ceiling

I stayed for 1 month in a double queen room. The room is very comfortable and spacious. I traveled alone and had plenty of space, but 2 people will also have lots of space. It has everything you need: beds are cozy, plenty of pillows, large TV, many drawers, high quality towels and bathrobe, and the shower is very spacious. Only the mini-fridge was a bit too small (only cans fit, not small bottles). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great. It is very close to CMU and Pitts (some students stay there for a few nights, I guess while looking for a permanent accommodation), there are many cafe and places to eat within 5 min walk, and there is a 24/7 CVS 15 min walk away. The gym is very good for a hotel-gym: it has treadmills, dumbells and few machines, and was never crowded. I didn't have any meal there, so I cannot say how food is.

The dry cleaning service is very expensive, and that's the only way to wash your clothes (unless you want to walk and go to a laundromat). Sometimes (just few nights during weekends) some guests were very loud (loud TV and laughs), both late in the evening or early in the morning. It wasn't a big problem for me, but just mind that it can happen.

The location for our event was perfect. The room was clean and quiet.

We were there for a wedding and on a time line. The room was not ready at checkin time.,3pm. Quite disappointing. Missed some of the special pre-wedding getting ready. We are the parents of the groom. Very stressful.

Perfect location in a safe area. Very clean and pet friendly. They also provide valet parking or you can park across the street for a cheaper price. Breakfast was delicious at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and ready to assist with any issues.

The only odd thing was that the receptionist was located at the 10th floor of the hotel not when you walk in.

I did not know that is was valet parking only. However, the valets were very friendly. I asked to hold my vehicle while I checked in because I would need to go right back out to pick up my daughter on campus. When checking out, I asked them if I could put bags into my vehicle but not leaving. He said I could leave my bags & he would place them in the vehicle for me. Our Nespresso machine was not working so maintenance arrived pretty quickly & after 15 minutes, found that is was unplugged behind the closet. He was confused how it was unplugged from there. He was very nice & quiet since it was still early morning.

We had walked in for breakfast but was asked about reservations. I was not told that I would need reservations for breakfast, dinner I could understand. Finally, we were able to get seated after I returned to my room and called to ask if there were any seating available. Once we received our breakfast it was cold. Not even warm but cold. I asked the server if she could warm both our breakfast. She returned with 2 newly cooked breakfast.

Jonathan who worked everywhere in the hotel made our stay awesome. He was so helpful and amazing.

Booking told me to upgrade my king room to a queen double with a sitting room. It was only me and my spouse and apparently alot more money for the weekend then I would of paid for my nice king room. I tried to fix it after I found out it was two queen beds that were very small for us and not comfortable 🙃. Tried to fix with the hotel and they couldn't cause all the kings room taken. Beautiful hotel though. I will never upgrade from booking it made absolutely no sense to pay more money.

The location was excellent; it is across from the University of Pittsburgh across from the Cathedral. We had a lovely view of it. Our room had floor to ceiling windows on two sides, which let in a lot of light. Check in was on the top floor and the restaurant was also there. The food was terrific and the view while dining was very nice.

We are here to visit Pitt so the location could not be more perfect. Beautiful view of campus and Soldiers & Sailors. the staff has been very kind and helpful.

my only complaint would be that the pillows are super thick and made for an uncomfortable first night. but for the second night we requested some feather pillows and found them to be much better.

Valets John and Jon were especially helpful. They were kind, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Had to ask for a second robe for my fiance. Housekeeping were rather standoff-ish and not very helpful. Room could have been cleaner. No microwave but TWO refrigerators??
