Check-in was super easy. Room was spacious with full size refrigerator, cupboards with dishes, dishwasher. It was a hotel room that felt more like an airbnb. Hot breakfast provided was outstanding with scrambled eggs, sausage, and a rotation of waffles, french toast sticks, and actual french toast.

Pool is only open until 8 pm. Parking was very convenient but the spaces in their garage are very tight. Yukons and Escalades still have to use spots marked for "compact" due to the structure of the building.

The pool is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The place was great with 2 full beds and a sofa. It had a kitchenette, everything you need for storing food or cooking it.

I found black curly hair in the bathroom and my socks were dirty after walking on the floor. When we walked in our shoes stuck to the floor. I credit this to wax on the floor. That’s why my socks were dirty.

I very much liked the suite. So comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The services starting with the front desk check in and ending to the nice and helpful lady in the breakfast room was the best

Requested handicap. Walk in shower was nice but had nothing to hold on to. I had to put shower door back on track, it was off when we got there. Toilet paper holder was very awkward, all but impossible to reach. suggest attaching to sink or have a free-standing holder that can be moved if needed. Don't think I should have had to pay for parking. Dishes in cupboards were not clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner and could use more hanging space for towels.

The front desk staff was AMAZING!!! So accommodating for our special requests without hesitation. We could not be more pleased and will DEFINITELY recommend this location to all of our travel partners. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Pittsburgh Roads are horrible...Hotel was exceptional!!

Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, & courteous despite being short staffed. The parking was a bit hit & miss so the staff had directions for additional parking areas pre-typed to provide every client.

The parking was the only drawback. (Explained in the previous answer).

Parking was ridiculous. Entrance to parking lot was extremely narrow for a car to enter into the garage. Also, garage was a free for all parking lot - with cars parked blocking other vehicles.

Service. Asking front desk personnel - Where do we park?, Where was breakfast room (area)? Where are the elevators? -Extracting the info. from personnel. They should tell you this at front desk when you check in - you shouldn't have to ask.

i moved absolutely everything! the food was amazing, the room was well equipped and beautiful and the staff were exceptional I would definitely come back here without hesitation. 5 star quality

Liked the room size, price, and location to downtown and the stadiums!

The area is kind of loud, I could not tell if someone was loud upstairs or outside of the hotel. The weekend nights were the loudest, but it is easy to tune out after a while. The room service should be everyday, but I guess because of covid it is only for 3 day minimum stays. Often had to ask for extra towels and supplies since housekeeping never came.

The free breakfast was a nice surprise. I was under the impression I had to pay for it. Also, the size of the rooms with an apartment layout was great! We could eat our dinner together at the table
