Really nice hotel in the heart of Pittsburgh. We walked to the football stadium for an event and it was a fairly easy walk. Highly recommend
The entrance to the hotel was confusing and hard to find from the street. It’s basically a U-Turn onto the road to get to the front desk, but it wasn’t very well marked from the street and I had to go around the block because I couldn’t tell if it was a one way street or not

Location to downtown Pittsburgh was ideal. Hotel bar / restaurant staff are super friendly, very attentive.
Housekeeping was hit & miss, first day we had our room cleaned with new towels but that was last we seen of Housekeeping for our 3 day stay. King-size was uncomfortable.

The team when checking in were really accommodating when the king was not available. We’re pretty nonchalant about that kind of stuff but they gave us $20 for inconvenience which was nice.
Was hoping the restaurant was open later or at least room service!

I had to make an urgent international call and m my phone wasn't working. Staff lent me a phone to get things sorted. Absolute legends. Extremely patient and helpful.

Could have used more staff in their Restaurant/Lounge areas. Knowing on the weekends you’ll have an influx of patrons, it does a disservice to y’all when you don’t have enough wait staff to go around.

The location was excellent. We were going to a concert and it was in walking distance from the arena. The rooms were very spacious. Great bathroom.
