Quiet area, secluded location. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

The location was easy to find. There were gas stations a couple yards away.

The owner was not very friendly. It smelled moldy in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Spiders outside of the door. Not much to watch on tv.

Drove till i got tired and this hotel happened to be there conveniently right off the highway. The manager was the best part of the stay. VERY friendly and helpful. 5 stars to him. From the looks of some of the people staying there, the poor guy has his hands ffull.

The room was passable. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. But the rug in the room was filthy. i was afraid to walk on it with my bare feet It has to go!!!!

I didn't see any food, not even coffee, had to wait for service at desk, no one there, tap in bathroom sink very weird, hard to figure out, water supply to it slow. Tried to use tub tap, it fell off! No towels in room, had to ask. TV terrible, could only get one "normal" channel. Soap was hard to lather. Sorry, I read wrong. Internet was easy to access & fast. Receptionist was polite, friendly but a little out of his league I thought! Bed was clean but hard. I was happy to see a fridge & Microwave. The red pillow on bed was cute.

All the above!! A new bathroom sink (I believe Harvest Gold" was from the 70's?), normal tap would be good! Much better TV reception would be nice. You are wasting a ton of money on heating & A/C!!! Couldn't regulate heat in room. Was 86* in room when I arrived. Had to put a/c on to cool to 78* so I could sleep. BIG waste of your money!! Wasn't too keen on all the mirrors all over room, esp on ceiling over bed!! Was not advertised as a honeymoon suite, & that's being polite. Holes in room wall & door looked very shabby.

No consistency in the Wi-Fi. That is what I work through. No housekeeping. Had an e-coli notice delivered.

The bed wasn't that uncomfortable.

Staff was grumpy and clearly not happy i had arrived early due to planned event being cancelled, property not well maintained(kinda thought i might have been in a wrong turn kinda environment). Got to my room, towels were stained, handicap assistance bar in bathroom was broke, not that i needed to use it, but noticing that made me look closer...to the spider who made a home in the area one would put soap, which makes me wonder how long since it had been cleaned or used. Looking around i found 2 more that had a home right beside the tub, 1 on the heater under the sink and one right at the bathroom entry...all could have built a home in a few hours, but probably highly unlikely as the floor was dirty too, as i had lifted said nasty hand towel at one point since tossing it on the floor and seen dirt. Now I'm not a picky kinda gal and i can go with the flow with whatever but i really don't think they should charge what they do for that bates nightmare. Didn't even get a copy of my ID or anything...will not stay again or recommend. OYO needs to investigate their hotels!

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at !!!! If I could of got my money back and went somewhere else I would of . Never staying there again!!! Mold smell rooms have dirt everywhere

I booked this online Saturday morning for Saturday night and Sunday morning, paid for it, received a confirmation and drive three hours to arrive at the hotel at 7;00 pm, get to the hotel and go to the front desk where is no one there and a note that says call this number for desk help, I call tell man that I am looking to check in and he says we don’t have any rooms so I tell him that I already booked it and paid for it and he says there are no available rooms, your room was canceled, no one called me or sent me any texts or emails saying this. I then called my credit card company to dispute this matter and called. Book.com and explained the situation to the both companies. I paid $87.27 for one room and received a $5.74 credit from book.com. Still disputing the case with book.com until I get the rest of my money. Bad management, bad customer service and the price they charge for a room is expensive from the look of the hotel on the outside. Don’t go here ! Not worth the stress and money

Worst place, stay away. When we got to our room door it looked like it hase been broken into, the door jamb near the locks were broken, when you 1st walk in the stench smacks you in the face, the toilet didn't flush properly, there was no bathroom door, no trash cans, the carpet, windows and curtains were filthy. The office person gave us bottle water because the tap water wasn't drinkable, said because it was hard water, I checked the bed for bed bugs thankfully there were none.sat on the bed and it was sonold and soft i sunk right in. Well after all that we decided to just leave and continue on our journey we stayed maybe an hour, of course no refund was issued. If they had an option for negative stars i would have given it -10. Please pay for a better hotel, they say you get what you pay for but this place just straight out rob you

the location and quiet

had to sweep the carpet before moving my things in room, mold, the old mildew smell, spider, dirty bedding and old stained mattress, carpet was stained and dirty. myself and my dog returned home with eye infections and sinus issues. no one at the front desk when I had to check out. nothing but the location and the peace and quiet was good about this place. I would have checked out the next day if I could have gotten a refund.
