The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. They were very busy and we were on the lower level and we only heard our "neighbors" one night out of five and that was because they were outside playing music during daylight hours. Otherwise we really didn't hear anything else day or night. Breakfast was decent- pancakes, sausage and eggs along with breads and cereal.

The shower kept turning off on us. It would turn right back on if we shut it off and turned it in again so it wasn't a big issue. They offered to change us rooms the next night but we opted not to. It wasn't that big of a deal to us.

The price. At $90 a night, I thought the cost reflected value for my money. Mr. Patel proved to be an excellent asset to the hotel. he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and made my partner and I feel as if we were welcome at the motel. Because of Mr. Patel's generosity of spirit and openness, I would recommend the motel to others, That breakfast is served is also a big plus. I travel a lot and knowing that a good breakfast is available is huge. Eggs, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, coffee... one could fix a good and hearty breakfast to start the day. In spite of being next to a major highway, at no time did I feel anxious about the safety of my car. If one is to travel into Charleston to see the sites, your Goose Creek motel is a very good motel for the price.

It's not a matter of not liking but more of what could have been better. The sheets on one of the beds. could have been fresher. More towels would have been nice. The door in room 209 should be repaired or replaced. It did not seem as secure as it should be.

Bed extremely comfortable. Goose neck lamps by beds is a great idea. Whole room looks nice and was very clean.

Microwave didn't work. Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Had to walk across open parking lot to get to the main building for ice as the machines in 2nd building didn't work.

This property is going through a complete upgrades to the hotel. Our room was just remodeled so it was great. Beautiful new carpeting. Very nice lighted mirror in the sink area. Upon arrival our luggage was carried up to the second floor for us by the owners sons. Family was very welcoming.

I believe every effort is being made to make this property very successful. Location is very nice and close to everything.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very clean and pleasant. We appreciated the guide to local amenities on the dresser and were pleasantly surprised by the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Our room seemed to have been recently renovated. We knew in advance that we would need to drive to get to the historic district and appreciated the better pricing away from the expensive downtown.

The renovations on the hotel made some of the hallways dusty and parking awkward around poorly parked construction vehicles. The AC unit was also very noisy, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, toast, danish. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice size fridge and microwave. Large TV.

Door was hard to open and close. Scraped on the floor. Floor needed mopped. Rest of room was very clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The air temperature was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, I wished I could take it home. The TV was clean and clear. You had wifi in the room. The water is the show was amazing, perfect temps and great water pressure. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff took pride in their work and did a great job.

The Wifi was a bit weak. The hotel is a bit dated like the drapes and blinds could use an upgrade. The air condition is pretty loud. The TV remote could use an upgrade. The floors had some soft spots.

I’ve been in 48 states in different kind of hotels, expensive and cheap and this hotel for this price was amazing, the most important it was clean ! I didn’t find hair or smth, the bed was so comfortable, wish to have it at home . So I definitely recommend it . My room was in a second building room 106. August 19/20. Thank you for doing a great job !

I can’t believe but everything was perfect !

I liked how fast the staff was. I liked how efficient they were, and how close the hotel was to Charleston. I will be staying here again.

The manger was very helpful in changing my room from the second floor. I was traveling with my son who is in a wheelchair. Also, they were quick to fix the door when it broke.

The continental breakfast should not end so early, especially on the weekends.
