Nice rooms, good breakfast clean facilities. Staff during breakfast was very sweet and helpful.

Manager assigned me the wrong room, when I came back to have it adjusted he was gone and no one was in the office, when the next employee showed up they were unable to assist and said they would have the manager call us the next morning. We reserved a two queen suite and ended up with one king bed. Definitely not ok. Asked to move rooms and they were booked, couldn't offer us another hotel or any solution. Manager was not on site the next day and never called me back. Have called several times and still have not spoken to a manager. The information should have been checked before changing rooms and it was not mentioned nor resolved. Hotel is actually great but this kind of problems makes you never want to come back.

My wife and I have been fans of Homewood suites since our very first stay 26 years ago for our honeymoon. We love the option of a fully functioning kitchen, private bathroom and sitting area. The staff was super helpful and left no question unanswered.

Very minor…one of the lamps in the room did not work. It would have been nice to have more than 1 usb port for charging devices. Since I need a 3rd sentence…. The eggs were o bland for my taste. Like said from the start..Very minor.

Latisha, the hostess, was super friendly and not in a way that made you feel like she was forced to be nice. She would always greet us with a "Welcome home" and a smile. I also liked the kitchen with the full size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Since we didn't want to spend too much money on eating out, this was super convenient.

This in no way ruined anything, but usually we're up by 8a when we're at home and because this was trip was to visit family we hadn't seen in a couple of years, we stayed up/out later than usual so I wish breakfast ended a little later than 6a-9a. Maybe 10a or 10:30a.

Amenities, Pretty nice motel, pretty clean, modern, clean hallways, nearby restaurants & shopping. Jor & David were friendly at ✔️ in/out. A place to grill by the pool. Nice grill by the way. Game in cookout area. Plenty of seating.

TV on the side of bed. A leaking/dripping sound in the BR that was not fixed. Mis communication w/Jor & Latisha about the room(TV location) & what's on website.. Lack of door separation in suite. B'fast was dried out & not refreshed in timely manner or at all 4/5. I didn't go another day. 1st impression matters.

Spacious and clean room, big screen TV, all you would expect, plus a very friendly staff, responding all your needs, Carla M was super nice at breakfast, it is awesome to be greeted early in the morning with a smiley face. Thanks for the comfy stay.

This was a quick book for a night for a family visit and could not be any happier. Staff was great and the room was perfect. Very clean and more then enough room for the wife and I.

The only thing i could really say is the parking lot is a little random and i could see spots filling up fast but even with that, we didnt have a problem.

Everything was wonderful!! The staff was warm and inviting. Felt like family. The bar area /bartender were excellent as well. The food was Terrific and the rooms were so beautiful and clean. We met so many new people and enjoyed everyone around. The outdoor area was so well put together it felt like we were at an expensive resort. Will definitely come back to this location.

I liked how clean it was and I loved the big comfortable king size bed . The air blew great and the dishes were clean . The breakfast was good and hot also.

I didn’t like that I got charged an incidental fee and it wasn’t explained to me before I paid for the room . I feel like upon purchase that should be explained to customers besides that I honestly have no complaints !

I am a dog lover, but everyone isn't. Wish there was a floor for just them, because of cleanliness of dog hair and a mix up with charging pay to my credit card of a room that I didn't book.
