Staff were friendly, restaurant food was cooked excellent, Room was clean and comfortable, conveniently located for walking. Valet workers helped nicely.
Noisy when stuff set up breakfast outside our room, no microwave to heat leftovers from hotel restaurant, Rooftop bar closed at 900 so we weren't allowed up there to even see it. I found out at check-out that I was charged $37 for parking valet, which seemed unfair since there was no other option for free parking. Bartender at bar was slow and distracted while we sat there to eat and drink. Only 1 bartender continuously made drinks for the whole restaurant. She needed help.

Pretty place. High standing with some small attentions. Room is large and very clean. Very well placed.
Parking is complex there and the price announced is expensive. You can manage in the street if needed playing with the hours... Breakfast was not clear enough on Booking site.It is said including that is true as you are things available on each floor but too it means eating on your bedroom and don't think of a buffet or plate with salted things. Just to be clarified

Great location. Upscale restaurant in lobby. The coffee/tea service and fruits/cookies on every floor was a phenomenal amenity. Never seen it before, on every floor! Makes it a stand out. The pool is very nice with an amazing view. Nice turn down service. Bed incredibly comfortable, bathroom had bathtub and the hotel had top quality feeling.
The staff could have been better. First room literally had a view of the parking garage. Worst view I’ve ever had in a hotel. When asked when checking in she said I had a nice view. When I called front desk asking if I could move, the manager wasn’t that accommodating but then finally moved me to another room which had a great view of the market. That was a phenomenal view! I didn’t stay out late but thought it was kinda odd you had to call to be let in after hours.

The staff, Chloe, Theresan, Shane and housekeeping were so very kind, professional and attentive. We will definitely stay again. WE LOVED the rooftop Pool overlooking the city and bridge. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting by the pool with a view. The rooftop bar staff who took the time to get the lounge chairs ready and Jordan provided amazing service as well, from making sure we had ice water and drinks while comfortably lounging poolside. The food on the rooftop bar was delicious. We also enjoyed the morning coffee bar and pastries set out each morning in the hall. Nice touch.
After 3 attempts the room safe did not work, location is about 4 blocks from King Street which was about 5 min walk. We enjoyed the walk and shops but by day 3, heat and heels for dinner we got a lyft.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Market Pavilion. The room was very comfortable with plenty of thick towels and complimentary robes and slippers. I appreciated the lit, magnified mirror in the bathroom and the safe for valuables. The room is very serene with luxury fabrics and spalike colors. The complimentary breakfast is served on each floor with homemade pastries and muffins, fruit, coffee/tea, and fresh orange juice. The staff is friendly, polite and attentive. The location is excellent and walkable to anywhere you want to go on the peninsula with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend the Market Pavilion Hotel.
Nothing.

We loved all the special little extras at the hotel, such as pastries and coffee in the hall outside our door, and lots of extra towels in the bath. Everyone was very helpful.
Just something to think about for the next time we come. It would be nice to have a pitcher of cold milk along with the coffee table for those of us that don't use cream. Also, the cappuccino machine in the restaurant was broken. Espresso and cappuccino are a must for many travelers. In a hotel so wonderful, having a Nespresso machine in the room would be a nice touch. Most hotels that we have stayed in have those.

Location of hotel was perfect. Close enough to everything. Also, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful with reservations, helping with recommendations, and directions to get around. Grille 225 was top notch with great staff as well. Pool bar was great but could have been a little more attentive to tables and poolside guest but was easy to get up to go to the bar as well. View was great.
Only downfall to the hotel for us was that they did not have mini refrigerators in the rooms, so we were unable to keep leftovers or drinks cool.

The friendly staff that greeted us set the tone. I felt as if they would solve any problem that came up during my stay but none did. The lobby and restaurant were beautiful. We didn't eat at the restaurant on the main level because we enjoyed the rooftop bar very much. The drinks and food were very good. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. In the morning we went in the bathrobes and slippers provided just outside our door and served ourselves the best coffee I have ever had. There were nice pastries too. At night there is a turn down service with cookies. Of all the places I have ever stayed, this is my favorite. I loved the coffee so much, the young ladies at the desk gave me a bag of it.
I can't think of anything to not like about this hotel.
