The hotel looked newly renovated, the parking was good and the rooms looked clean and well up-kept. No pool, and the breakfast was light; but there were plenty of eating options really, really close so it wasn't economical for the establishment to go all out on that, and there wasn't really room for it. All in All I was satisfied with my stay. I also liked that there was a laundry room right on the same floor. Also it's in walking distance of eateries and department stores.

The placement of the sign with the name Microtel was a little confusing with the small business right at the corner. It was a little confusing for an out-of-towner who doesn't travel much. Perhaps an arrow under the sign pointing down the side road?

The location was great. I had easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway.

There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and Checked me in without delay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I didn’t expect to have to pay $100 deposit when paid cash. I was expecting to put deposit on card and room on cash. I wasn’t allowed to do this at garners ferry Location when I can at #6 lake dr Lexinton

There was no options or for warning

The staff , unfortunately I failed to get the young mans name (he had very neat locs/dreads). He was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and great.

The property is fine, but definitely can use a little more cleaning when it comes to the rooms. I bring my own basic cleaning supplies for surface. But the room needed a deep cleaning. Other than that my stay was good

The room wa Excellent, the bed was comfortable, and there was little noise heard at night.

There was one small bar of soap only for use in the sink and shower. It could have been a larger bar.

Breakfast was lame. I went somewhere else to eat breakfast. The TV remote was a mystery and didn’t seem to work with the TV. No information or guide in the room.

the room was very small. there was hardly any room to move around. I couldn’t see sharing the space with another person. too small.
