I couldn’t have asked for a better location. My daughter and I were in town to see a show at the Peace Center theater which was literally steps away. Also just steps away were fabulous restaurants and shopping. And a HUGE thank you to Miles for helping me find my dress after I had checked out and returned home. They were great even after my stay was over! I will definitely return.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like!

No food was available at this location. The location was superb! We attended a show at the Peace Center and this was the perfect place to stay. Once we parked, we never had to move the car again, and we loved that. We were able to go across the street to the Peace Center for the performance, and able to stroll downtown to the River Walk easily from this location.

I went to Greenville for the art festival. The hotel was only half a block away and suited me perfectly. The parking garage is next to the hotel and is connected directly to the lobby. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the decor is fresh and new, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'll definitely be back next year.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Convenient location, appealing decor, comfort and cordial staff.

Based on the nightly cost of the stay and the accommodating atmosphere I feel like breakfast should be offered free of charge. The current breakfast offerings at a not-so-appealing cost are not very appealing. I am a repeat user of this hotel and feel that complimentary breakfast would be appropriate and appreciated.

The parking lot connected to the hotel and lobby is very clean and inviting, check in on the phone and drop off keys at drop off box, not waiting long line to check out. Great location near all the restaurants, and attractions. and Starbucks in the lobby too.

When we went to check out, there was only one person at the counter and they were on the phone. They didn’t acknowledge us while we stood for 5 minutes. We had to just start talking over their phone call to say we were checking out because we were running late.

The bar closed too early. It was a Saturday night and it seems like things close later on the weekends. We wanted a night cap but we’re not able to do that. However, we were able yo buy beer and wine at the vending area behind the service desk.

I did not have breakfast at hotel. There was only a bar w limited choices.

I was surprised to pay for parking. Hotel was nice. I felt safe in the area and located nice to downtown and falls and restaurants.

Our room was great, and most of the staff we interacted with were great too.

It was disappointing that there wasn't a typical breakfast, and we had to pay even more for coffee and breakfast. I was also not happy with the guy running the valet this morning. He was extremely rude, which is unfortunate because all other staff was amazing!

Great location! Bed was very comfortable. It was July. So it was nice to come back to our cool room and nice view. Enjoyed the bar downstairs for a meeting spot. The bartender was fun to talk to and gave great service. The valet was quick and always fun. The staff was friendly and aimed to please. Thank you Marcia for your great recommendations and your kind and professional manner. We love Marriott and this hotel did not disappoint.
