We were absolutely in love with the staff from the valet to the front desk and everyone in between. Taylor was amazing, so friendly. Made sure we had plans for our dinner every night, he made the best suggestions and always steered us right. Kasey was super sweet and helpful as well. Truly every single person we encountered was incredible. The location was superb, perfect walking distance for all of the best spots in Greenville. We can’t wait to visit again and bc of the great staff (valet included) we will stay here again. Also the breakfast was really good and included in the price. This was 10/10. So grateful

The reception desk representative, Walter, was charming, friendly, and professional....Walter is amazing! ... Give this man a promotion!!! And the valet representative, Bruce, has an upbeat and professional personality. Bruce' character is a delightful and he should be recognized by management.. Note. The entire staff of the Hyatt was awesome. Everyone was happy, upbeat and made us feel like we are in a safe place.to enjoying the beautiful city of Greenville... Thank you for an weekend of comfort.

First time in Greenville and the overall stay was fantastic! Walter was our first friendly face and he had hospitality the second he greeted us. Since we were celebrating our anniversary he even gifted us a small Moscato bottle. ( It actually was flavorful and sweet). A wonderful surprise. The king size room was spacious, clean and very modern. The shower was massive and the water pressure was strong. ( I know that seems unusual to write but after dozens of hotel stays alot of hotel showers have weak pressure and as an outdoor lady I need high pressure). The breakfast buffet was small but mighty. Everyday it changes but provides a variety of options such as bacon, waffles, bagels, juice and even a milk alternative( oat). That was thoughtful. The distance from main street to the hotel itself was literally a four minute walk. Main street goes both ways and from there you can access all the hops, restaurants, cafés and swamp rabbit trail. The entire staff was friendly and communicative.

The only single problem was that the cable went out for a day or so and it happened on the day we went hiking and wanted to rest afterwards with light TV, but no biggie.

Location was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I NEVER stay at a hotel rated 3 stars but was traveling with a mom-friend who made the selection. I was prepared to book another space if it didn't cut the mustard but didn't need to. It was in walking distance from everything. Breakfast was good although the coffee could have been better. Additionally, the advertisements for the restaurant made you think there were good food options and full service but in fact they were a bit limited AND the front desk guy was also the cook and the bar tender. I guess staffing shortages are a challenge everywhere. In any event, he provided good service and the food was edible (wings, a sandwich, and fries). He even checked on us after delivering our food and making cocktails. I'd stay there again.

Great for walking downtown and convenient

When we arrived most the staff was sitting around, valet was not outside and there was no real instructions on the self parking. Had to find the lot on my own. Then the next morning there was this young kid in a sweatshirt and joggers who walked up to our car very sketch wondering through the parking and asked if we were checking in and then walked off, later we saw him in the lobby with his uniform on. We asked for towels and extra comforter and they said they would bring it to the room and they never brought it. That same staff member was always sitting around and didn't seem to be doing much work! Wish there was a microwave in the room.

The colors, the layout, everything from beginning to end was beautiful and welcoming. The bar was a bit lacking and the pool needed a few more spaces to do things. Had kids play in the shower area because the small pool was so full, a lot of which was people trying to just relax some in the water.

Everything was wonderful, The only part we suggest is with no hot tub, for such a beautiful space to not offer a large hot tub is odd it would be a welcomed feature or at least add. A Jacuzzi to suits,

Everyone there was extremely nice. Always spoke to you going in or out. Place was very clean. ❤️

Didn’t realize there was a $75 pet fee when I booked the hotel. Plus we parked in valet, but my husband parked the car himself (by choice). For $22 a night, I feel like it should have been a covered place instead of being out in the sun.

1) Love the front desk staff: The jolly fellow with the Tiger shirt is the best! And everyone was so helpful. I was solo with my kids and dog and I needed a blanket and someone helped me by bringing it up! We will definitely stay here again. The cleaning staff was exception and super friendly. The valet who had an service on Friday was so kind and even spoke to my kids about their new minerals they bought at the gemstone. Love this staff. Really a rare find these days to employ people who believe in customer service and represent! Kudos!

The doggie fee. I didn’t know I had to pay an extra fee because it didn’t say that at the time of booking and it was surprising to be told at check in that I was getting an extra charge.

can’t beat the location - it took less than five minutes to walk down town.

no parking. for the price, parking should be included for guests. plan to spend another $20 per night to have valet parking. that was a real disappointment that felt like a hidden fee.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect for downtown and the Peace Center. The staff is friendly and the rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast is good.
