staff was awesome!

i understood it but don't like that rooms don't have microwaves. not a fan of paying good money to have to leave room to heat up leftovers from meals out. no freezer in fridges and fridges definately too small. pool small and only 4' deep. but overall, decent stay. the bed was super super comfy. 😍 i used booking.com. left review for booking.com and they took it down. i'll definately NEVER use them again. they take reservation in a heartbeat but then don't communicate with hotel.

The modernist architectural topics were nice. Excellent location- we could walk almost everywhere we wanted. It seems like the perfect hotel for traveling with furbabies.

There was just a shower, no bath, so we won't be taking our kids here. There was also nowhere to put anything in the shower besides the floor. The bed was much too soft for our tastes.

The staff is wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. We had two separate bookings for two nights and they were able to combine the bookings so we didn’t have to change rooms. They also had great restaurant recommendations. The location is fabulous, close to everything. I definitely recommend Aloft Greenville and would happily stay there again.

I love the location and the fact that it was very near restaurants in downtown and we can walk everywhere. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little tricky when we first got there, trying to figure out where to go to check in with the lobby being on the fourth floor and finding how to get in there from the parking garage. But it wasn't that big a deal.

Parking was good, access to Main Street where all the things to do are was really nice. It spits you out right there at the Mast General Store. I love the view from the XYZ Bar in the hotel looking at the Christmas lights in the main common walk way area by Anthropologie.

I did not like the noise we could hear from our room---you could hear every loud truck or motorcycle going by. That's a huge annoyance for me.

Location was fantastic! And fabulous roof space!

The bathroom layout - very small bathroom, and no door to the outer sink area (when sharing the room with others). And the bathroom "window" shining into the sleeping area was actually annoying in the middle of the night too bright.

Location is unbeatable. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Parking is easy and convenient. The bar usually has a band or a DJ on the weekends.

My parking pass wasn't working but all I had to do was press the call button and they would let me out. This was the only issue I had and it wasn't really a problem.

I love the location. The hotel has sentimental value to my wife and me because we have stayed there several times in the past and have enjoyed each time. The staff is wonderful. Really couldn't have been better.

I felt like the amenities in the room were lacking. We only had three coat hangers - hard to hang up shirts and pants without hangers. The shower was slippery when wet. I mean really slippery. The elevator cables were shaking and made an unnerving noise.

We loved the room and modern feel of the hotel. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the room were stunning.

We could not get one of the shades lowered enough to block out the city lights that come in. There was also a ton of light that seeped in from the hallway at the bottom of the door.

All I can say here is I like EVERYTHING about this hotel. The rooms are awesome, the pocket door between the vanity and the toilet/shower is fantastic, the view from some of the rooms is gorgeous, the location is perfect, the people that work in the lobby, the bar, the little market....every single person you encounter while staying here feels like a friend. They had toothpaste and a razor for me and even gave me earbuds to use in the gym! This is my absolute favorite hotel in Greenville and I cannot wait to stay there again! Oh! I left my entire toiletries bag there the first time I stayed and they shipped it to me within 24 hours of the time I left!

There are only 2 things I would improve... the water pressure in the shower could be better and the bedroom lighting is pretty dim. Yep, those are truly the worst things I can say!
