The rooms are really big and spacious. There is a small kitchen but there are so many great restaurants nearby, we kept trying those! It's close to the Swamp Rabbit trail and we brought our bikes to ride there. It's right across the street from the new baseball stadium, which wasn't open while we were there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I wish we'd known ahead of time that we had to pay for parking. It's a very nice, convenient garage and not too expensive, but I didn't know until we checked in that we would have to pay.

great downtown location and parking

in room thermostat but didn’t seem to alter the conditions. we prefer a cool room for sleeping and completely turned off the heat, but the unit never stopped running. the ceiling fan was helpful and we were able to adjust to a comfortable (for us) temperature. parking is easy and convenient but does cost an additional amount per day. I didn’t realize this until the final statement. I would have still chosen Homewood’s deck but thought it was included.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was also very versatile and delicious — a nice touch as well to have to-go coffee cups available at the buffet.

The only thing that could’ve been improved was communication before arrival. I had sent a message to the hotel through the Booking App asking about sleep arrangements, but never got a response, so I wasn’t positive what all I needed to prepare and bring with.

overall the property address many differences, the individuals, Families and types of travel, plus extended stay requirements. I also want to mention the Pool “Super Dave” that does the daily maintenance, did an outstanding job. Also having a Semi-Salt pool was a great plus with four Grandkids swimming daily.

I read about the “Breakfast” and I agree the breakfast was “NOT” good and the health was also not a concern for the people staying at the hotel. Its a great feature with Families and the experience makes a trip/vacation, but very little priority is placed on the experience, that could make for returning customers for years to come.

location, cleanliness, safety for guests.

we booked a queen suite but we’re given a king suite with one bed and a pullout sofa. did not work for our group of 4 family/ friends. the evening manager graciously agreed to cut the price by half if we stayed. she then sent someone to setup the pullout sofa for us. fortunately one of our girls decided not to stay so the accommodation was fine. after that it was an awesome stay. breakfast the next morning was delicious.

Can’t express enough how amazing the staff was! Everyone was so helpful and kind! The room was clean, the hallways were clean, lobby was spotless and the breakfast was good! There was plenty to pick from!

The pool wasn’t heated, it was a little chilly when we went so we didn’t swim but that’s okay, you also have to pay for parking which I’m not used to, might be standard many other places as well but I’ve never had at any other hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made the stay more pleasurable!

The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail. The bed sheets/cover on the pull out couch had not been cleaned and had stains on them as well as many small brown items. Not sure if it was crumbs or bugs.

Our room was on the 8th floor, and it overlooked the town. Also, the room size and amenities were beyond our expectations for this hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, the hotel was spotless, organized, and positioned in a beautiful area.

Just one thing, maybe not charge for parking in your hotel parking lot. Nothing else comes to mind! Your staff and hotel were very impressive!

Extremely modern and clean hotel overall. Good location. Parking convenient. Room layout with one bedroom & kitchen was really well done. Temperature and lighting controls convenient and worked great. Staff very professional. Breakfast very good. Beds really comfortable.

Dishes for the room kitchen were in the dishwasher but were dirty. A piece of plumbing was left on the floor in the middle of the room. (Front desk comp’ed our parking due to those issues.) Had to pay for parking otherwise.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.

The breakfast. The eggs were cold even though they were in the chaffing dish. The fruit wasn’t fresh (mushy). We paid for breakfast in our reservation, but ended up going out to a restaurant for breakfast the next day.
