I like that everyone was friendly , helpful., they rooms had everything you could think you needed. Rooms were very clean. I believe the name was Girdy the person who answer the phones was very knowledgeable. And was eager to all me with all my questions or concerns. I was so nervous because the prices was so affordable., I do like the fact the have a strict non smoking policy. The apartment was worth so much more than what we paid. I appreciate the Mint House Team. I can’t wait to book my next visit. There was so much to do right on the property and near by areas.

I like the fact the rooms are no smoking, but maybe a designated area outside for smokers. Even tho I am not a smoker.

We loved the location, the cleaniness, the amenties, especially the pool and the secure parking garage were all amazing! It also fun being so close to the baseball stadium and hearing the music and game going on.

The windows did not have any curtains and the baseball stadium lights were shining bright into the bedroom until 1 am. The bedroom NEEDS blackout curatins and the living room needs blinds or curtains that can the closed for privacy.

Convenient parking and location. I was in and out a lot so the parking was ideal. Easy to get in and out of the garage and apartment once we figured out our initial entry. Used the small appliances, dishwasher and laundry. Nice gym and pool although I didn’t use them.

Apartment isn’t very bright. We arrived very late so I wish pull out bed was made up. Could have used another blanket on beds. Carpets in hallways seem old. Couldn’t figure out where to bring trash.

This is an unusual Hotel concept: it‘s a flat in a residential home, so it gives you plenty of space and a kitchen with equipment. The remote Concierge works fine, response time via e-Mail is short. We got what we needed. We enjoyed the stay that week. Short walking distance to Greenville Downtown, nice pool area and we got free firework since the baseballfield is the neighbor. So perfect for everybody who wants space and does not need every day housekeeping.

Train in the evening is nice, in the morning only OK…

You get a brand new apartment to yourself, fully furnished. Great location, especially if you like baseball. There’s a smart TV with an automatic logout feature at the end of your stay. Great Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Can’t recommend more.

The only thing that was slightly off were the blinds. They don’t fully block the street lights at night, at least in the studio. So it wasn’t as dark as I’m used to. However, I will be staying here again next time I’m back in Greenville!

Quality of facilities and amenities.

We spent about an hour trying to access our room. Didnt get instructions until we were onsite and made multiple phone calls to Mint. Entry door from garage not working properly and a resident let us in. Difficulty finding exits to street. Signage would help.

Spacious, comfortable, modern apartment with all of the needed amenities. Right across from baseball stadium which was fine with us, but if you don't want to hear the game.....

Ceiling fan and window blind--difficult or impossible to reach the controls for adjusting speed or position.

Location was great, facility was great, parking was nice and super close to our room. Having a legit kitchen with a small amount of dishes was excellent.

There was a small amount amount of gnats in the apartment when we arrived.

We enjoyed the spacious accommodation along with the provided amenities, and cleanliness. Falls Park on the Reedy and multiple restaurants were within walking distance, which was totally awesome!

Everything was great, except no TV in 1 of the rooms. We made it though, lol!
