The rooms were large. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. We contacted the staff asking for extra coffee pods a couple of times and they delivered in less than 20 minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the downtown area of Greenville, SC. The ability to cook our own meals saved us a good chunk of money and allowed us to stick to our most current diet.

Our main complaint was that the bed was too soft. It wasn't at all supportive. It would have been nice to have cheaper parking. We parked in the town parking garage (of which there are many) and had to leave twice a day. That ended up costing us $14 a day....which is not terrible for parking downtown.

The property was centrally located only a short 5 minute walk off of Main Street close to the liberty bridge and lots of small shops and restaurants. It did not have parking but there was available street and garage parking nearby, but we took ubers. Property was clean and the two of us (myself and coworker) were able to use the two bedroom - one bathroom suite well. Walk the Liberty bridge in day and night, as it is two completely different experiences and the night lighting is beautiful.

I wish there was one more bar of soap so the two of us didn't have to share a bar of soap. Downtown gets a bit too sleepy for me, but Greenville is a smaller town and there were still some available options at night.

I love the location and the concierge both of them were just over the top fantastic. Truly lovely. The pillows were divine I want to know what kind of pillows you use I don't think I've had that nice of the rest in a long time. The place was super quiet comfortable temperature everything was there and we were so close to so much Beauty and enjoyment.

The only thing I didn't like and it wasn't really anyone's fault is that we wanted to extend our stay and we gotten a fantastic deal on booking.com and it took a lot of back and forth between contacting the mint house and booking.com who contacted the mid house and when we got the quote for extending our stay it was significantly more than what we'd paid per night in the first place and because we found out kind of at the last minute we decided not to go for the extra nights and we took a VRBO on a 40 Acre Farm and it's been a lovely and very different experience but I would say if there was a way to streamline that process and make it enticing for someone to extend simply that would be a benefit.

You know what they say about real estate, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! And Mint House has it!! You can walk all over downtown from here and we did!! Shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, all within walking distance. It was so ideal!! The unit was a 3 bedroom, 3 baths (one was Jack and Jill bath, which was perfect) and was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. They are also very flexible with checking in early, if they can accommodate. We will definitely stay here again!!

Offsite parking is less than ideal but it was close by and you have the circle to unload in so that would never stop us from staying here again.

We loved the Mint House. It was absolutely beautiful. I wished we had found this place earlier when my brother got married so that our family could have stayed there. It was a great location--close to everything downtown. The rooms were great. It had a full kitchen which was super helpful.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property. Everything was great.

Great location, friendly staff. Very clean room. Very comfortable. I was worried about parking, but the lot was very close by and always had availability.

Hot water in shower was not very hot. Handle on the toilet is loose and will break soon. When I got home and looked at my credit card statement I saw that FOUR $200 holds by Mint House were on my statement. I expected ONE but not FOUR. I called and was told they would be removed.

It was a very nice place with the exception of only one TV and we had multiple people, we have a three bedroom. Loved the fact of the washer dryer and the silverware and cooking capability with dishes. Very great leaving all the little things that we needed. The walls were beat up I needed painted the blinds were kind of old and dingy. Was not clear upon booking that I had to pay for parking then walk back to the facility.

The apartment is so comfortable, cozy and clean. The bed was super comfy and the location was perfect, close to the trail and all the shops and restaurants are with in walking distance. There’s also and e-bike kiosk right around the corner.

The only downside is there is no parking I. the property. However, you can drop your things off and park in a nearby public garage, it was only $7 daily, so not too terrible, especially since you can bike/walk pretty much anywhere downtown from the Mint House.

The location!!!! Can't get any better. Hassle free check-in and courteous staff. Excellent experience.

The smell in the hallway and in the unit is a bit overwhelming at times. I'm guessing it's the restaurant, but maybe a diffuser in the hallway and in the units to eliminate the odor. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic unit.

The concierge service was exceptional. Tonya was always there for any questions and issues. ( There was a smell on the 5th floor and she handled it and left us some goodies as an apology.

Parking is an issue. The bed was a bit lumpy. (perhaps the bed mattress needs replaced.) All else was good. some suggestions are advertise the keurig coffee maker so we can bring our favorites. a larger couch.
