Best Western Plus Lexington Inn

I searched booking.com for a motel while in the area to support my 96-year-old aunt who was hospitalized at Lexington Medical Center. I can’t say enough good things about the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism of staff, comfortable room and bed, complimentary breakfast, etc., for a slightly lower cost than other motels. I felt refreshed after each night’s stay to face the day ahead. Thank you.

Room was big, clean, and really nice.

Pillows were awful. Too poofy, cheap, and uncomfortable. They should offer a few types of pillows. Also, air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the room. If you stood near the air conditioner it was blowing cool air but it took 2 days running constantly to get to the point where the room was cooled off.

The property entrance is a little tight as there’s only one way in and out that I could see. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they had a coffee machine that did espressos and lattes and cappuccinos which was so nice! The outdoor pool was open in April which was nice for the kids but it was super cold.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds (firm but not too firm is what I like). Good breakfast with simple hot options. Excellent coffee including Nespresso machine! Wonderful value for what we needed arriving after 11 pm.

Nothing. If luxury is your expectation, this isn't luxury but it was wonderful, clean, friendly, quiet and just what we needed. Honestly perfect for our family traveling through.

The staff, every person that we encountered, was very professional, very polite, very attentive and very welcoming! "Charlie" checked us in and every time I saw him, he asked how we were doing, if everything was okay with our room, if there was anything he could help us with...at check in, he asked what brought us to that hotel and for me it was my sons wedding, so "Charlie" would also ask how the wedding prep was going or about the rehearsal, things like that! And it wasn't just "Charlie", everyone was very nice and attentive! I would definitely stay there again and recommend this location to friends and family..in fact, I referred my sister there for the last night of our stay and they got 2 rooms themselves!

If you need to turn left out of the hotel, it's nearly impossible no matter what time of day or night. I finally figured out that's its simpler and MUCH faster, to turn right and do a big u-turn! There's no fan or ventilation in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door open when we showered.

It had been recently renovated/ remodeled. Charlie was so welcoming at the front desk. I had booked our stay for the wrong day. He was patient with me while I tried to figure out my error. Charlie helped me rebook the 2 rooms I needed for the evening. He even got us rooms side by side. This made it very convenient so we could all be together. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The lady that was working in the breakfast area was so great. She kept the breakfast area spotless and well stocked for the guests. I wish I had asked her her name so I could recognize her appropriately on here. I thanked her for her great hospitality. My family was very pleased with our accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was awesome, especially Vishal and Charlie. Vishal even helped us take luggage out to our truck when we left. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Wanda and Danielle kept the buffet area clean and filled with food. I would rate this hotel 10 stars out of 5 stars if I could. They went above and beyond what is expected. If I need a hotel in that area again I will definitely stay there!

Staff was great - very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Difficult to find entrance. Missed it both times l entered. Breakfast was mediocre, at best. I settled on Raisin Bran - predictable quality.

Good location, set back about 100 yards from the road. The staff was outstanding and very attentive.

The room was just average; for instance, the pillows were relatively low in quality, but the room was clean.

Breakfast was good and there were many selections. The waffle maker was nice. Dining area was kept clean, and the buffet was kept stocked. Convenient to shops and restaurants.
