Quality Inn & Suites Lexington

There was a new young lady at the desk. She went out of her way to accommodate my request to switch rooms. I was traveling with my brother and his wife so I had a room alone. When I headed to my room, there was a man next door pounding on his door because he was locked out by whomever he was traveling with. I was uncomfortable with this, so i went to the office, explained what was going on, and she immediately moved me to a room near my brother and completely away from the other room. This was very much appreciated. The lady cleaning the breakfast area was also very accommodating and friendly. You can tell when employees have a nice work environment everyone is happy and friendly. A lovely friendly hotel.

Good location right on Main Street. The room was exceptionally clean, even the white remote. I liked the hardwood floor. I always feel as if carpets aren't totally clean. It was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I found the pillows too hard for my liking. Also, the air conditioning unit was so loud, I got the room really cold and then turned it off so I could sleep. On the positive side, the room held the cold so I was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I was on the second floor rear. Did not care for the stairs because I had black paint chips on my hand. The dog walking area was unkept with large piles of dog feces and no bags to pick it up though I had my own. My little dog is very sensitive to other dogs feces. The breakfast was ok but there was no jelly on the counter

Location, you didn't have to walk far to get something to eat, and there is a drugstore at the corner.

The maintenance staff water the concrete steps during the day. As a senior it was distracting, and took a while walking on the concrete when it's wet.

The location was close to all areas & my family I was visiting. My room was in a good place and on first floor like I requested.

On Sunday morning, this was when the time change occurred and about 7 a.m. I was awoken by the housekeeping cart being pushed down the walkway and them yelling out housekeeping. Not very professional. Check out is 11 am.

it was right where it needed to be for me! just like 5 minutes from the gym where my daughter had to play basketball and the breakfast was good

I didn’t like that the covers on the bed had holes in them

location was and is the main reason for booking. It's not the location fault that there is 2 to 3 miles from a hospital. We all have accidents so move over when you see an ambulance, you might save somebodies life

there is nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were clean and maintained nicely.

The pool needed to be cleaned And the ac did not work well. The refrigerator really didn't keep anything cold .

The room was clean as well as the bed and bathroom.

The A/C unit was disgusting. I had to clean the filter which hadn't been cleaned in months

We were very happy here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, It's in a good location, the bed was so comfy and even with covid they figured out a way to provide breakfast every morning unlike other places on our trip that canceled breakfast completely. We will definitely stay here again.
