Location and amenities are great. The breakfast is really good and wholesome. Breakfast room seating overlooking the Myrtle Beach Yacht Club Marina is excellent as claimed by hotel.

General cleanliness is good enough and linen are mostly excellent. However, the bathroom sink being under-mounted, mold / black stuff kept coming out from the sink joint under the counter. Rest of the sink was clean, but clearly attention to detail seems to be lacking. Similar deep clean issues were there with respect to carpet stain and coffee maker. Basically a little attention to detail and occasional management inspection can make this a really top notch property. Its almost there.

After reading the reviews the first time I stayed here I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay..but I did because of the location..I will tell you that now this is the only hotel we stay at..we've been here several times.. I am very funny about sleeping on hotel bedding because I feel it's just not clean so i take my own...not here! It's very clean .. comfortable .. and quiet... the staff is awesome very friendly and quick to satisfy.. it comes with a free breakfast every morning consisting of eggs..sausage/bacon..toast/bagels..fruit..pancakes..pastries..milk..juice...it's centrally located between the beaches..lots of things to do... it's reasonably priced and safe.. I don't worry about my car being broken into while I'm resting ... I highly recommend this hotel...

Wonderful location, beautiful breakfast view of the marina. The room was large and made working easy. Floors are often not sand-free in the area, and these were barefoot approved. The beds were SUPER comfortable. The water pressure is top shelf. Breakfast was excellent, and the eating area was spotless.

It is the off-season, so some of my concerns may have to do with gearing up tasks. The elevator is slow and seems a bit sketch. The air conditioner has a lot of debris in its grill. We repaired the toilet(needed a chain adjustment so it would stop running). One small suggestion, NEVER allow FOX news on your TVs in the public areas. It's is not welcoming for all of your guests, and there are many other news outlets to choose from.

The location was great as it was between two of our destinations. It overlooks the water with a beautiful view. They offer a breakfast buffet and dining room with a great view. They have a nice outdoor pool that was clean. From the staff to the room, everything was great. Even the bed was the comfiest ever! The coffee and breakfast were delish and 11 AM checkout was a bonus!

Loved the location by the marina, very nice for walking. We brought our pets and we really liked having an apartment with 2 individual separate rooms with 1 bathroom each. The lady who helped with check-in was really nice

We only stayed for a night and had a very good impression so it’s difficult to say. Breakfast area had a few details, machine dispensing apple and orange juice wasn’t working, limiting the options but they had a few orange juices but ran out.

Pet friendly hotel, decent breakfast, large rooms, and great location. Also, only about 10 minutes from north Myrtle beach which is beautiful ! Clarks Restaurant next door had awesome appetizers and martinis!

There were little girls( think a soccer team of about 20 stayed there) running around without an adult. About 5 of them were playing with our door at night and early in the morning. We had to get new keys bc obviously they did something to make our keys not work. It wasn’t a huge deal but I could tell many people were annoyed when going to breakfast. Just from overhearing conversation.

WE loved Bianca! She was a pleasure from the minute we saw her and through out our stay. All the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and easy to conversate with. We had our dog with us, and all the staff genuinely seemed to like animals. We loved having a restaurant right across from the hotel. The hotel always appeared very clean (even after a night of unruly youngsters)

There were a few issues with water pressure in the shower, we had a rom that had a shower that could be used by a handicapped individual, there were two shower heads but one appeared broken and they were difficult to use for a "stand up" Also a light fixture was pulled off the wall (bracket missing). Other than that, for last minute it met all of our needs.

Overall the it was a descent experience. But, as it is a tourist city, it was loud with kids, but that’s expected. Also, it seemed as though they were short on staff, but the one lady they had working the check in counter was very polite and helpful.

From the moment we walked in the front counter staff Lynne made us feel welcome and continued that throughout our stay. We felt like we were coming home everytime we walked in. It was clean, updated, great bfast selection and close to God restaurants.

The inability of “Booking” to follow through with informing Hotel of my PAID reservation. On arrival, the hotel had no knowledge of our reservation! Luckily Ashley was able to provide us a room which we paid for again, in person Subsequently, the prolong delay in receiving our refund from Booking. We still have not received our refund!!!!
