The Staff member who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. He is definitely your perfect employee for guest check in. Very kind and helpful. Our King room was very spacious and clean. Was conveniently located to lots of shops and just a couple miles to the beach. Good location to nice restaurants as well.

The bed was horrible. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt and looked like it was just a elevated cot. And had a weird popping noise when you turned over. Breakfast was not good. At 8am food was picked over with no replenishing. Had to eat breakfast out each morning.

The day we left to go down to MB, as we were leaving the house I received a voice message that stated the elevators were down for repair, and our room was located on the 3rd floor. Our options were to cancel and book at another hotel, with no cancelation fees, of course or to select a room, if a available on the 1st or 2nd floor. We rarely getaway, so when we originally got the phone call, my husband was like, maybe this is a sign and we should just cancel :) so glad we did not. This is our 3rd time staying at this particular LaQuinta Inn and we are never disappointed. At this point, it was too late to find another hotel, as there was 2 events that weekend at MB, so I asked if they had a King size bed on the 1st floor. They DID!! This room could not have been or probably would not have been better than our first chosen room. It was CLEAN! It had a King and queen bed! Plus all the little amenities the rooms have. The shower AMAZING! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was close to the FREE coffee bar in the morning, big plus!! The staff is really friendly and helpful at check in, the location is quiet because it is not on the main road but is actually located behind another hotel. Ohhh and the AC unit was not noisy, I sleep with earplugs but my husband was not bothered at all because it was a normal quite AC hum. We have eaten the continental breakfast in the past, and it is quite good and adequate. They offer lots of snacks and pizza delivery as eats and drinks to purchase for convenience. They also have a beautiful lobby. We do not spend a lot of time in the room, so saying that, for the price, the type of room, the amenities, the cleanliness and location, we were very happy. We will book again.

The floor felt damp or humid. Not a huge deal or a deal breaker. (The fact that the floor are not carpet are a win)

We did not eat at the hotel for to covid. The room was spotless. They did a very good job there.

The staff. There were too many Indians and not enough chief's handling guests. We called the front desk 2 days before we were scheduled to check out and asked to add an additional day to our trip. We were told it was ok and I went to the front desk the next morning to sign the receipt and we went on with our day. The following day we were getting ready to head to the beach when we were asked to come to the front desk. They told me I didn't pay for an extra day an in order to stay they wanted us to pay 335.00 for 1 night. The never apologized for their mistake and tried to make me feel like I was at fault.. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Claudia who checked me in upon arriving was pleasant and made my last minute booking with the hotel as easy as possible. She always had a smile and pleasant attitude whenever I saw her for the rest of my stay.

The fact the hotel only has one elevator which got overcrowded often and that the staff would have to load their work carts/big bins on there with you.

I love how everything is rite there all day coffee in the lobby hotel is quiet and relaxing me and my family enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back for round 3 in June 🏖️

it needs an indoor pool and another elevator over all it’s a cozy hotel for me my family and our little fur baby thanks for the stay!

I liked that there was a pool and that everything is pretty close to the property. I also liked that the front desk was always open and they even have a mini store that has a verity of different snacks and drinks you can purchase anytime. Parking was easy and you could always find a spot to park.

The elevator was very slow I was on the 4th floor and pretty much every time we wanted to go somewhere we would have to take the stairs because of the elevator taking so long. The shower did not drain correctly so every-time someone took a shower there was always water sitting in the tub and not going down the drain even after an hour of not showering anymore. The window that looks outside was dirty could of been wiped down. The air conditioning didn’t work that well it did get pretty hot and muggy in the room.

Reserved a room in advanced, it was clean, comfy and had a coffee setup ready in the room. love that the entire establishment is smoke free! that’s my favorite part. The breakfast was decent and self serve. coffee, water, yogurt, milk, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls packaged. Fresh fruit, cereal, breakfast burritos and breakfast biscuits pre packaged. I enjoyed the politeness, professionalism and informative staff. I will definitely stay again!

Elevator was very slow.

The pool was really small.

It's a nice location. The staff was phoenominal. Great breakfast! Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries!!! Lots of rables available. For those traveling with dogs there's a residential development behind the hotel to walk your pup.

A bit overpriced for the off-season.
