Baymont by Wyndham North Myrtle Beach

Susan and the other lady, I forget her name, she has only been here 6 months, were very friendly and helpful. They both tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

We were there for about a week and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels, face rags, trash bags and toilet paper. Also, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and getting in touch with management was a little difficult due to various reasons. I sent an email about it and asked for a refund but have not heard back from anyone. My husband has been admitted to the hospital.

The pool was dirty

The services was great. The guy and the lady's were wonderful to me and my boyfriend and son. They had 3 people working but were always smiling and greeted us coming and going. I highly suggest to stay there again. The hotel was clean and the pool was clean. The only thing that wasn't good and it is not the hotels responsibility was that the other guests were leaving the back door wide open and they were smoking and the hotel has a sign that says "NO SMOKING". THE GUESTS NEED TO LEARN TO BE KIND.

The drain stopper in the bathroom sink did not work. It was quite loud at night. People were at the pool from 11 PM to after midnight on Friday night. Noise from US-17 was very loud, but that was not entirely unexpected. It was just louder than expected. Clock in the room was damaged. I had to unplug it to get it to stop buzzing.

Clean, quiet, modern rooms. Kind and helpful staff.

We had 2 beds, and 1 of them seemingly had damp bedding/ like it wasn't dried long enough when they washed/ dried the bedding, made it a bit cold to sleep on... and both doors in our room, the room door and the bathroom door, were extremely extremely heavy to push shut, made it difficult for me to properly shut due to having arthritis in my hands.

Location was convenient. Beach is only 2 blocks away.

Pool and facilities are in need of a little remodeling, which they are in the process of. The place is a little older so this is very needed. Employee working the breakfast area was very rude and hateful.

The room was nice and clean, very comfortable!

The female front desk staff, Sue wasn’t friendly when I checked in. And right at 11am the next day, she called our room to make sure we were leaving and that we weren’t a minute late. She made us feel very unwelcome. She was rude when I asked her a simple question at check in. I wouldn’t come back here because of her because I don’t want to deal with her unpleasantness.

Breakfast was alright, I ust wish the coffee cup was a little bit bigger. The location was great because it was accessible to a host of restaurants, shopping areas, and the beach.

I didnt really like the covers like that. Wish we had white or ivory Comforter covers.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was super nice and helpful. The property was also in a good location for food and shopping.

Property could have a better selection of hot breakfast, it was the same every morning.

Breakfast, the little old lady at the front desk is amazing and the location and prices also the housekeepers

I was told that I couldn’t leave my bags at the door while I checked in and the little Indian guy was very snotty saying it.
