Clean Room

Threatening to charge to EVERYTHING! Asked for a handicapped shower chair when booked room. Once I arrived, I asked the manager for a shower chair as he said he would get back with me but he never did. Later found out this hotel doesn't have shower chairs for handicapped visitors. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. It been over day call motel tell me that it was refunded and call credit card company and they told me the need to finish up but credit says that they couldn't do anything because it pending , I wouldn't staying at this place anymore.

Food costs were high. I’ve never paid 45 dollars for a pork chop in my life. Pork is one of the lower priced cuts and fingerling potatoes aren’t that pricey. Pizza appeared to be a frozen meal and I refused my salmon dinner due to it being over cooked and the rice was clump starved and plate over was served cold. They were very gracious and removed it from the bill.

Charging 50 DOLLARS. A night for parking raised my costs by 30% more than advertised room rate. I saw no mention of that on the order process. Predatory kind of.

Breakfast was nice. Staff seemed interested in what the plans were for the day. Always asking if everything is alright. Will stay again. The location was basically traffic free and centrally located to all the attractions.

I can not think of I think I did not like. We used the pool, hot tub and ate breakfast. We stayed for three nights the parking lot got a little congested but nothing like the beachfront properties. I would highly recommend this for anyone that hates a lot of traffic.

They were not rushing us out at check out. They were so nice to us the entire time and they were understanding we had a kids too. Definitely would come back and definitely would be recommending this hotel to our family and friends who all like to travel often. Thank you so much again!

at one point the pool wasn’t clean. There was poop around the poop area but we understand that isn’t because of the hotel or staff, we know how it can be to have kids so we understood completely.

The guy who checked us in early was really great. I wish I had gotten his name. Beds were great. Hot tub and pool were nice. The room was clean and roomy. Shower had non-slip surface which was great. All in all a great stay.

I did not like the $100.00 security deposit. I only have my credit/debit card. So when someone holds money that's money I can't use.. Some of us don't have wads of money.

Heather at the front desk was great. We locked our keys in our car in the middle of the night, and she brought us tools she had after seeing us struggle to try and get into it, and was so helpful and friendly! Made us smile when we were exhausted!

The room was perfect & clean except one thing, the desk. It had sappy sticky filth on it. I wiped it down with a wash rag, and it came right up, but the rag was brown afterwards. Hopefully just an oversight.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but could have had a few more options, Staff was amazing in the breakfast area.

Showers need another shelve in them to put shampoo/conditioner, and stuff. No where to put that or towel or anything. very inconvenient Having to trade the towels out towels everytime you use them was very frustrating, and only having #4 of each.

Fairly clean, quiet location.

Hallway carpets filthy. Guest room floor dirty. Peeling paint bottom of bathroom door. Key cards had to be replaced twice due to the inability to open the door. Beds not as comfortable as other hotels.
