Hilton Garden Inn Summerville, Sc

Really nice hotel and I enjoyed the facilities. The bar and grill was one of the best that I’ve experienced in a hotel. Drinks were on point and not watered down. Tried some steak tacos recommended by the waitress and they were amazing. The fire spit and outside sitting and pool area are really nice as well.

Bathroom was small and shower didn’t have the best water pressure. But bathroom was very clean. I’m recommend a removable shower head with better water pressure.

This is my #1 go to whenever I’m in Summerville. But this visit was better than the rest and memorable. It was my boyfriends birthday and I thank the staff for going above and beyond to help. Room service was delivered which was delicious as always. And thank you chef for the surprise cake that he loved so much. Check in was smooth and quick. Room always immaculate and comfortable.

The door to room was hard to close completely and had to keep checking whenever I would leave out. It would take a 2nd push to close or whenever I opened had to lean in with my shoulder to push it open.

I love the location near few stores and eating places. Very clean didn't find anything wrong plus i wasnt even looking. Staff and front desk was wonderful with the bar and they have breakfast and lunch/ dinner, snacks area, exercise equipment, nice pool and fire place and laundrey. i recommend to BOOK 2 to 4 weeks in advanced for cheaper cost but its up to you!

The bed was very comfortable, so much room in the king size. We loved the showers, and everything was nice and clean.

I didn't like that online it said breakfast was included in the price, but it wasn't. Parking was also a little difficult because of the different events they had there, but overall, it wasn't bad.

Rooms were very clean. Great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffett was only fair.  The scrambled eggs didn’t taste like real eggs. The mixed fruit bowl had very little fruit in it and it needed to be replenished.

Was like in covid. Called to have garbage and towels cleaned up. Had to put in hallway myself, I haven't had to do that for at least a year now. Asked for cleaning of room they gave us clean sheets but I had to make bed.

Very clean, the welcome with my name on the TV. The little fold on the toilet paper. The staff was very nice, the fire pit.....the sliding bathroom door and shower

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY amazing! We arrived Friday April 29th & checked out on Saturday May 1st. The front desk, housekeeping, accommodating, the bar, the chef, the food & service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, professional, funny & knowledgeable! As an Independent Travel Agent, I’ll definitely be back and refer customers.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF - EXCELLENT SERVICES AT BREAKFAST. MEALS WERE WELL PROPORTIONED. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE PAID - EXCELLENT VALUE! NICE OUTDOOR SPACES TO RELAX AND ENJOY FAMILY GATHERING. ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.

Breakfast was terrific, location perfect, room was modern and spacious!

We never received housekeeping, coffee supplies or clean towels the two nights we stayed. The option of housekeeping was NEVER brought up at check in or during booking process. Reflects extremely poor communication to guests.
