I forgot my glasses by the bed. Called later that day (we had moved on). They had them. Took my info including credit card number and said they would send them. A week later nothing so I called and the same gal said she would talk with the manager and call back. Nothing. I did this 3 times and still no glasses! On top of all this my credit was used by someone else to book plane tickets! Very disappointed. We stayed there the night of Sept 9. I called on sept 10, etc. It is now Nov 6.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to downtown Keystone so we could leave our vehicle parked and just walk the boardwalk. The pool was a good size and the hot tub felt good also. It was attached to a restaurant, so didn't have to go outside to eat.

Breakfast wasn't offered, and there was not even like a coupon for breakfast from the restaurant. The pop and candy machines were out of a lot of the options, and it asked for correct change.

The location was amazing and the hotel was very clean. It can be difficult to find a single room for a family of five. Our room had three queen beds and that was perfect.

There was some difficulty communicating with the staff because of the language barrier but we found this to be common in this area. (We are English speaking). The laundry facilities were located very far from the center of the hotel and there were only two washers and two dryers.

Beautiful motel! The upgraded us to a king which was wonderful! Our room was a bit small BUT everything worked, it was CLEAN. We have been on a road trip 9 days 8 motels, this was by fare the nicest hands down! It's on the "boardwalk" in Keystone and if your traveling with pets you can do outdoor dinning on the "boardwalk". It's minutes from My Rushmore and there are loads of cool things to see in walking distance.

Our corner room was a bit tight but very functional.

Conveniently located close to Main Str. and the 1880 steam train. All restaurants and attractions in town are in walking distance. The bed was very comfy.

Service at the attached restaurant 'Front Porch' was not that great. It took over 30 minutes at lunch time to get a salad. The swimming pool has a divider line in the middle to separate the shallow from the deep end sections. Great if you have kids but not so useful if you want to swim laps.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Great

The toilet seat was loose (pinching us!). Other ice machines weren't working, so we had to walk a bit. Both of us are handicapped. The shower was a step in the shower, so water getting outside of the lip of the shower is expected. However, a huge puddle in front of the sink was not. I was afraid to use the hair dryer because of the puddle.

when asking about parking on the property was told but check in was at 4. But taking to you like she was being bothered with your question. After that asked if there was a bathroom I was still bothered again the letting her know it’s out of T.P., that was the wrong thing to said to her. But when checking in she was just as polite as can be to everyone. Wow total 360.

Best location and hotel in Keystone I think, very helpful staff, nice quiet room perfectly large enough, and a fairly straightforward but good attached restaurant. Good breakfast options.. Parking was easy for me with a large vehicle. Showers are a bit low but I recommend pointing them horizontally if you are tall lol. I enjoyed my stay thankyou.

it was clean , the people at the desk were very nice. the only bad thing I have to say was there was to much Chlorine in the hot tub and made your eyes burn and It had bubbles like soap . I was really looking forward to it but couldn’t stand it for more than 5 minutes. I was very disappointed .

The room was great, staff was very friendly, absolutely love that they had embraced pride month! Excellent location, walked right out front door right onto the boardwalk

The beds were a little uncomfortable but only needed to sleep didn't hang out in the room all day. Our room was right next to the elevator so heard it all night.
