Check-in: The staff was prepared with our reservation and able to situate us in rooms next door to one another. Rooms: The layout was unique but worked well. Breakfast: The food was simple but good.

Room: The pool was open to the hallways/common areas and it resulted in extremely muggy conditions. In-room air conditioning made the rooms better, but it was still uncomfortable to travel through the halls and in the dining area. The common areas(lobby, dining area, parking lot) felt cramped and crowded. Parking: The lot was small - when people parked poorly it impacted the ability of other guests to be able to use the lot.

Everything was great! The rooms are small, but that was not a problem at all. The hotel is built up against the granite wall of a mountain. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was wonderful. Access to shops and restaurants was right out the front door. Literally a 10 minute drive to Mount Rushmore, about 30 minutes from Custer State Park. Perfect location to use as a base. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location to Mt Rushmore (literally 5 minutes from your door) and Crazy Horse Memorials Breakfast was filling (self serve waffles, toast, cerea,l tea/coffee). Comfortable rooms though lighting quite dark

The smell of chlorine/bleach throughout the halls was overpowering Be prepared if you travel later in the year that there is nothing in town open for dinner (lunch very limited)

Breakfast was great - parking was great- room a little small - but the bathroom was the sad point - it was way too small. the hotel very well centrally ;located

The bathroom was very very small, a vehicle alarm went off on floor level 2 for about 5 solid minutes - woke us completely up I am a choice hotel member and did not receive a gift- I thought as a choice hotel member I was suppose to.

The location was great. The town had everything we needed or wanted within walking distance. The in room amenities were a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels it was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful. We loved our stay!

Bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. Towels need replaced. Towels were clean but you could tell they had had a lot of use. Parking was a little tricky but we managed. It wouldn't keep me from referring this place to others. Would advise driving a small car.

Breakfast was delicious, the parking was very good. It was undercover and very close to our room. The room was very clean and close to the pool. The pool was also very clean and the hot tub was hot and clean. It is also very close to the town and no need to use your car.

The view from our room was a big rock wall, but it was still interesting to look at the rock.

What a treat to find a nice large room for our family of five at a decent price! Parking interesting but was fine! Don’t bring your large vehicle here. it’s right close to downtown Keystone for a quick bite if needed; and more shopping if we had time , but we kept so busy visiting the surrounding Black Hills. Breakfast was a good variety, never appeared too busy. Check in and out quick and easy.

Pool area was a nice heated one, but the area around appeared a bit run down and could use a good cleanup along the edges.

Great location in Keystone and Black Hills in general. Room was small, but clean. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Good value, overall.

Hot tub was in need of a cleaning. Fact that pool is open to rooms limits pool hours.
