Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hill City

Room clean and maid service provided. Location was wonderful within walking distance of main drag and close to all attractions by car. Breakfast was really good and one gal did a fabulous job of keeping it stocked as it was busy!

Didn’t refill amenities in room (tissue, makeup wipes, etc) and front desk clerk at night was less than willing to help. Said she didn’t know where they were kept and to wait until morning as ask the housekeepers! My allergies were crazy so we went down the road to a grocery store and bought our own box of tissues.

Fabulous in every way. Great staff and location in Hill City. Convenient to all the attractions. Good breakfast, comfortable spacious room and so clean! We loved our 4 night stay

Not a thing.

Great location. Clean and quiet.

Pillows were small. Unable to take a bath. Wish the breakfast ended a little later. When food ran out it wasn’t refilled which was a disappointment, but when asked they reluctantly gave us some.

Great pool/hot tub, extremely clean, extremely nice and accommodating staff. Room was AMAZING amount of space for our family of 5. GREAT location for our needs. Wish we could have this hotel every night of our travels.

Adding a variety of fresh fruit and almond milk would be a nice addition to breakfast. The layout of the breakfast bar made it hard to find oatmeal station. Perhaps signage would help.

The entire facility was very clean and smelled fresh! The hot breakfast is quite tasty and filling! The Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! The parking is very convenient and the location is very easy walking distance to downtown.

The price was a little higher than expected. The location to the railroad can be a little noisy but it is fun to watch.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Just a well run facility.

Actually, our stay was better than I expected. We are definitely going to try other branches wherever we travel.

This is a chain motel, but very clean and pleasant. They have gone out of their way to make the public areas attractive with nice art and interesting objects. The room is quiet, clean and the beds comfortable. Also an very good and quick breakfast.

I can't think of anything to complain about...

Breakfast was well stocked, presented very nicely everything was clean and fresh.

I was not a fan of the prepared eggs, wish they had hard boiled eggs. Otherwise everything was good.
