Unfortunately we did not eat the breakfast there as we have a Vacation Rental we own in Lead SD and we were out in the hills for our HOA meeting an the house we own was rented by vacationers. So we stayed at your facility as we are from Mitchell and didn't want to drive out and back to Mitchell, SD in one day. We plan on living out there in the Vacation Rental in the next couple of years. However, I cabin is rented more this year than it ever has been. I believe we are going to have a record breaking year. Hoping your facility also has a record breaking year. I think people all over Covid scares and out wanting to travel.

The only thing better for me would have been a microwave. I have to drink coffee with the least amount of acid in it so I brough my own cool brewed along and then I just put in a cup and heat in microwave . My husband said there was one though out in your common area which I didn't know until we left.

Location was great, room was clean, breakfast was a bonus, Sam was GREAT and so friendly on our ride to and from Main St.

The only complaint I have (and not a huge deal) was when we returned to our room the beds just had the blankets pulled up over the pillows. The pillows were not even moved from our sleep the night before. Nothing tucked in…just sheets hung to the floor and a mess. I worked in a hotel as a housekeeper and this would never be acceptable! Just looks really bad! Have pics of the bed.

Only reason I didn’t rate a ten was because of breakfast: it was lacking, there was plenty of room available for options but it just wasn’t there. No one seemed to be “working” the breakfast area. All coffee containers was empty, little to no bread options, syrup containers were a sticky mess, only items in refrigerator were butter and cream cheese, no bowls for cereal and only while apples for fruit.

It was a very convenient location the room was large plenty of seats good comfortable beds

The elevator quit working the second day we were there but was repaired within the day..! we got there Sunday evening and housekeeping had not cleaned our room so we had to wait about an hour to get the room clean but they give us complementary drinks in the bar while we were waiting..

Breakfast was adequate with a variety of breads, pastries, cereals, fruit etc. The hotel very nicely appointed and the room was very nice. The facility has a casino and bar, and grill directly connected the main lobby. I may consider it again in the future.

Cost was a little too high for my liking, but I like the Baymont branded facilities, and it was only for 2 nights. Any stay longer than that would cause me to lodge somewhere else.

Very pleasantly Surprised. COmfortable, room very clean. Staff kind and friendly. We traveled for a medical appointment at the VA. We also had a pet with us, they do charge a small pet fee for the extra cleaning required. close to several food places. They served a nice breakfast With waffles, sausage links and scrambled eggs. Muffins, bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh apples. And of course coffee.

Im sure there are those who could find something to complain about, I guess maybe the bitter cold wind? But then the hotel dosent control that.

Breakfast was great! The hotel was in the perfect location, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

overall this place was perfect. We have no complaints.

Staff is top of the heap from General Manager, Manger on down. Great friendly, attentive people. Clean and well appointed rooms and lounge. Any issue taken care of immediately.

The shuttle. Even though it only goes to one place, it's great to have it. I only got to use it once, I was grateful to have it available. Helped me out in a pinch. The staff goes above and beyond to help out their guests.

we were stranded because of blizzard. the staff was exceptional!! they were stranded too but kept a great attitude (who wants to be stranded at work). the room was beyond expectations! comfort!!

the bar / restaurant / breakfast as something to be desired. but ok
