The room was very clean and for me that is the most significant requirement for any hotel I use even if it has bare minimum of every other feature. The staff was really friendly and when I made a mess in the room I called to let them know and they assured and comforted me that it was okay and would be taken care of. The room was super comfy and we had our own thermostat to change our temperature at any time so that was a really nice touch! A final detail would be that the selection of microwavable food, snacks, drinks, and even medicine was really great, I had yet to see a hotel with such a helpful selection as my fiancé had a littkr gotten sick while we were there. Thank you for your service, when visiting family in Alcoa, we will definitely use the same hotel!

There is not really any negative points I could make, even when I needed an extra towel they answered the phone timely and made sure I could get one.

Breakfast was fine, especially on cheese omelet days!

Towel change and trash pick-up not always done, even when we were gone most of the day. But the staff was quick to correct the oversight. Also, we stayed 9 days, and it would have been nice to have the bathroom cleaned once during this longer stay. I believe the room was vacuumed once or twice. I had to request a change of sheets mid-week too. Again, it was done promptly once I asked.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

My husband was not happy with the breakfast. You had sausage gravy, bacon but no sausage. No microwave to heat up the Danish and other sweets. One poor guy was trying to keep up, but he had no help. You could hear other staff laughing and cutting up, but not working. Only apples available for fresh fruit. We were having to wait on items to eat. The food was good, just the service and availability was not Holiday Inn Express standards we were use to.

What was annoying was the loud kitchen help and their loud music being played. Also, it appeared to be a place for the staff to congregate and socialize. They also ran out of coffee cups at the breakfast counter. When I inquired they said they did not have any more cups and I had to go to the lobby to get one.

Sheets and bedding were clean, shower products were very nice. Breakfast was good! Loved the little mini pancake maker. All staff was very friendly and nice. Proximity to airport was ideal.

Room was clean but not perfect: crumbs on bathroom floor, food left in fridge, iron haphazardly placed.

Breakfast was very good, some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a hotel. The staff preparing the meal kept it stocked , and we’re very nice.

A washer and dryer in the hotel would have been good. Being able to clean my clothes would have been great. I recommend getting those facilities.

The room was impeccable! The location was superb! Every aspect of the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was very happy and didn't worry about anything there!

would be great if there was a hotel shuttle to the shed as this 3 day yearly event brings many to area hotels who are in need of transportation. people would pay $$$$ for that option

Fairly clean and well-maintained.

We did move the sleeper sofa against the main bed so my son wouldn’t fall off of it while sleeping and there was yuck under it but otherwise really clean place. Also why no lids for the coffee cups?! I tried to take a cup of coffee to go when I headed out for the morning but there were no lids 😕

Breakfast was good but no bacon. There were pork sausage links and turkey sausage. Also, a little slow on replenishing food. Was told breakfast was served until 10am but the staff started taking things away a little after 9:30am.
